UI/UX Designer (Mobile) with Strong Analytical Skills

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong design expertise with analytical thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.

Our partner company develops software solutions for the freight and logistics industry. The company is headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, and builds digital products that help optimize transportation processes and logistics operations.

This is a remote position with direct employment in the company.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and business analysis skills
• Ability to analyze product requirements and define business logic, user flows, and component behavior
• Experience translating business requirements into UX structures and interaction scenarios
• Advanced Figma skills, including Components and Design Systems
• Ability to design interfaces according to corporate design guidelines
• Experience designing mobile applications
• Portfolio demonstrating work on complex platforms, marketplaces, or service-provider systems
• English: Intermediate or higher
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with product and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Analyze product and business requirements
• Design user flows, wireframes, and UI for mobile applications
• Translate product requirements into clear UX structures and interaction scenarios
• Maintain and develop design systems and reusable components in Figma
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams
