Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of mobile app offers within the US market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, understands white-hat traffic sources, and has an existing network of affiliates or media buyers in the US.

Strategy & Business Growth

• Own commercial growth plans and run regular business reviews to align on client goals, execute commercial renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Own the quality strategy across three React-based frontend experiences and their integration points. Build, maintain, and execute automated and manual test coverage while continuously improving regression reliability as the platform evolves and capabilities are migrated away from Hybris.

Technical Expertise Required

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for reliable end-to-end testing in complex frontend environments, including:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Team is looking for a Senior MLOPS/DEVOPS Engineer. As a key member of the MLOPS team, your mission is to put science into decision making through machine learning initiatives.

Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Leading the way how team handles MLOps topics
• Developing, researching and implementing MLOps frameworks, tools and platforms for our Data Science projects
• Designing and implementing infrastructure for machine learning cloud services
• Creating microservices for task-specific AI cloud services
• Implementing solutions for monitoring model performance and triggering alerts
• Enhancing speed of delivery, automating Model Retraining, Model Monitoring, Model Versioning, improving quality/security of code, and optimizing processes
• Collaborating with the data platform team to create a feedback loop and improve the underlying data infrastructure
• Partnering with peers to ensure scalability, business continuity and appropriate turnaround time
• Working on a backlog of activities to raise MLOps maturity in the organization. Evolve our framework as new technologies and techniques emerge
• Proactively introduce a modern, agile and automated approach to Data Science

Would be a plus:

• Experience in converting data science prototypes for deployment into production purposes
• Record of designing and implementing scalable, performant data and machine learning pipelines, services, and products
• Understanding of distributed data systems and experience in using open source frameworks to build applications
• Be able to communicate collaboratively with Data Scientist, Infrastructure teams and client to understand requirements and scope
• Solid intuition when choosing the right ML/AI approaches to the problems given
• Ability to influence non-technical peers and leadership to deliver substantive change
• Mentorship for less experienced colleagues and guardian of good standards
• Multidimensional skill set: data science, experimentation, AI, statistics, engineering, etc.
• Experience in front- and backend design and development (leveraging Django, Node.js, Streamlit or similar)
• Experience in CI/CD/CT pipeline implementation
• Good knowledge in shell scripting and networking

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications and Experience:

• MSc / MEng degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Automatic Control, STEM, Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience, coding in Python or other languages
• 2+ experience in the operationalization of Data Science projects (MLOps) using Databricks+MLFlow,
• 5+ years of experience with cloud/devops stack (f.e AWS, Docker, Kubernetes),and ability to design complex architecture
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and SQL
• Working proficiency in English

We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Funnels & Email Automation) who will own the development and optimization of web funnels and lifecycle communication. This role focuses on improving conversion rates, scaling experimentation, and building high-performing growth systems for our digital products across international markets.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end web funnels (quiz → onboarding → paywall → activation).
• Analyze user behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks across the funnel.
• Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve key funnel metrics.
• Launch and scale multiple funnel experiments weekly across different markets.
• Build and optimize lifecycle email flows including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Work with product analytics tools to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, performance marketing, and creative teams.
• Ensure strong alignment between ad messaging, landing pages, and product experience.
• Conduct user and market research to better understand user motivations and behavior.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate (CR), and predicted lifetime value (pLTV).
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or similar B2C roles.
• Proven experience building and optimizing web funnels for digital products.
• Demonstrated success improving conversion metrics through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with funnel metrics and user behavior data.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and lifecycle automation (flows, segmentation, triggers).
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of payment infrastructure and web funnel setups.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner / Account Manager to own client accounts after the sale and help turn business needs into successful custom AI solutions.

This is a client-facing role at the intersection of account management, product ownership, business analysis, and solution consulting. You will work closely with clients, founders, delivery teams, engineers, and product managers to understand business goals, define priorities, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for further cooperation.

This role is not a classic SaaS Account Manager position and not a pure Product Owner role. You will need to understand both sides: how to build strong long-term client relationships and how to translate business needs into clear requirements, scope, priorities, and delivery plans.

Own the Account

• Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned client accounts, post-sale, ensuring continuity from discovery through delivery and growth.
• Build durable, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts up to decision-makers.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities through delivered value and evolving client needs; plan future phases, scope, and budgets together with clients.

The product has been in development for over a year and is already being tested with early partners. This role involves working directly with the founders as one of the first engineering hires, with strong ownership and impact on product and technical decisions.

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the Next.js app, tRPC API layer, and database schema
• Own database migrations and schema design with Drizzle ORM
• Write meaningful tests — unit, integration, and E2E — as part of normal development
• Participate in CI/CD improvements and maintenance, GitHub Actions pipelines, and deployment workflows, integrating BE services such as Turso, Vercel, PostHog, GitHub, etc.
