About the Role

About the Role

We're building AI-powered products and we need someone who can work across the full stack without needing a handoff at every layer. Core Responsibilities

• Player Support via Live Chat: Handle inbound player inquiries through live chat and email - account issues, bonuses, payments, and general platform questions.
• Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls when required to follow up on unresolved cases, clarify player issues, or complete verification procedures.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Resolve standard and complex player issues independently; escalate edge cases to relevant teams (Antifraud, Billing, Retention) when necessary.
• CRM & Ticket Management: Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system, maintain case documentation, and follow established support workflows and scripts.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow quality standards, internal guidelines, and responsible gambling policies in every player interaction.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer support role — preferably within iGaming, betting, FinTech, or a closely related industry.
• Strong written English communication skills (B2+ level); ability to convey information clearly and professionally in chat and email.
• Confident verbal English for outbound calls and voice communication when needed.
• Proficiency with CRM and chat systems (LiveChat/Helpdesk/Intercom/Zendesk); comfortable navigating multiple tools simultaneously.
• Stress-resistant and solution-oriented — able to stay calm and constructive with demanding or frustrated players.
• Basic understanding of iGaming mechanics: casino products, sports betting, bonus structures.
• Own equipment required: personal computer/laptop meeting minimum performance requirements, stable internet connection (min. 20 Mbps).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of KYC / AML procedures.

Work Schedule

Working Hours: Rotating shift schedule — 2 days on / 2 days off, 12 hours per shift

Shift Times:

• Day shift: 09:00 – 21:00
• Night shift: 21:00 – 09:00

• Onboarding & Training: Onboard new support agents using internal guidelines and knowledge base materials; conduct structured training sessions to ensure full product, process, and tools proficiency before agents go live.
• Knowledge Base Management: Maintain and update training materials, scripts, in line with product and policy changes; ensure the team always operates from current documentation.
• Team Performance Oversight: Monitor day-to-day agent activity, track KPIs, and identify performance gaps; provide timely feedback, coaching, and corrective guidance.
• Chat & Quality Review: Regularly audit agent conversations across all channels (live chat, emais); score interactions against quality rubrics and deliver structured feedback.
• Scheduling: Build and manage shift schedules for the support team, ensuring full coverage across all time zones and shifts while balancing team workload.
• Task Management: Assign tasks and priorities to agents based on queue load and business needs; coordinate daily team stand-ups and briefings.
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) covering key metrics: CSAT, FCR, SLA compliance, and individual agent stats; present findings to management.
• Escalation Handling: Act as the first escalation point for complex or sensitive player cases; liaise with Antifraud, Billing, and Retention teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements to increase team performance and player satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a team lead, senior, or supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+ level) 
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop support agents from onboarding through to independent performance.
• Experience with quality assurance processes: chat auditing, scoring, and structured feedback delivery.
• Confident working with CRM, helpdesk, and scheduling tools (LiveChat, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills — able to manage schedules, task distribution, and reporting simultaneously.
• Data-oriented mindset: ability to read performance dashboards, identify trends, and translate numbers into action plans

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Palantir Foundry

Develop and manage data models, transformations, and workflows within Foundry

Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, files, event streams)

Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and governance across data products

Optimize performance and scalability of data pipelines and analytics workloads

Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions

Support analytics, reporting, and advanced use cases (including ML/AI where applicable)

Contribute to best practices, documentation, and data platform standards

Requirements (Must-Have)
Senior-level experience as a Data Engineer (5+ years)

Palantir certification (Foundry)

Strong hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry in production

Excellent proficiency in Python and SQL

Experience building and operating cloud-based data platforms

Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing concepts

Strong focus on data quality, governance, and security

Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams

Professional working proficiency in English

Must be located in Europe
