Чим ти будеш займатись:

• Побудова, оптимізація та підтримка процесів тестування в команді (мануального й автоматизованого);
• Написання, підтримка та розвиток автоматизованих тестів на Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript);
• Оптимізація регресійного тестування: покращення покриття, виключення дублювань, зменшення часу на перевірку;
• Формування та розвиток QA-команди: проведення співбесід, менторинг, побудова системи грейдів та планів розвитку;
• Визначення QA-стратегії проєкту: пріоритети, ризики, відповідальність за якість продукту;

Ти впораєшся, якщо у тебе є:

• Від 3-х років у сфері QA, з них від року на позиції технічного/тімліда або сіньйора;
• Досвід керування QA-командою з фахівцями різного рівня (junior – senior):
  менторинг, грейдинг, надання регулярного зворотного зв’язку, участь у формуванні та реалізації планів розвитку;
• Практичний досвід у побудові, підтримці та вдосконаленні процесів тестування — як ручного, так і автоматизованого;

🟠 Details: we are looking for an experienced Software Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) integrations, such as GPT-4, Claude-3.5 sonet, and similar. You will be involved in developing and testing Python or TypeScript applications, integrating LLMs, and implementing complex RAG pipelines.

🟠 Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience with Python or TypeScript as a prime programming language;
• In-depth knowledge and experience with different LLMs, including GPT-3/4 and Claude;
