🔑 What You’ll Own

Infrastructure Strategy
 

• Audit and design a scalable high-volume sending system on Amazon SES.
• Build IP & domain pool strategy.
• Implement advanced authentication: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI.

Deliverability Optimization
 

• Create monitoring systems for inbox placement, bounce rates, reputation, and engagement.
• Build IP/domain warm-up playbooks.
• Consistently achieve >98% delivery and >90% inbox placement.

Integration & Automation
 

• Work with developers to optimize Node.js SMTP integration.
• Set up feedback loops, suppression lists, scalable retry logic, and real-time dashboards.

Reputation & Compliance
 

• Manage relationships with mailbox providers.
• Prevent blacklisting and maintain clean reputation.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and global regulations.

Strategic Growth & Innovation
 

• Advise leadership on deliverability strategy.

👤 Who You Are

• 4+ years in email deliverability with proven success at 100k+ daily volumes.
• Deep knowledge of SMTP, Amazon SES, and industry best practices.
• Expert in IP/domain reputation, warm-up strategies, authentication & compliance.
• Strong command of engagement metrics and inbox placement optimization.
• Hands-on with tools: Postmaster Tools, GlockApps, SNDS, Postmastery.

Drive scalable, cost-effective traffic and high-quality leads through Meta Ads by continuous campaign optimization and strategic experimentation.

What you’ll do
