Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Backend Web Developer with strong Craft CMS expertise to maintain, extend, and enhance an existing CMS installation. The role focuses purely on backend development and integrations.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and extend an existing Craft CMS backend

- Implement Stripe payment integration

About the Role

We are building a large-scale conversational AI platform focused on personalized human–AI interaction. The product operates at significant real-world scale, serving tens of millions of users and processing over 80 million tokens per day. The platform works in a complex domain that requires advanced alignment, moderation, and low-latency inference.

We are looking for a Tech Lead to take ownership of the LLM direction and lead a small team of AI engineers. This is a hands-on role combining system design, model development, and production engineering. What You Will Do

• Lead and build the LLM systems powering the core conversational experience. You will architect and evolve the core chat loop, including context windows, memory and RAG pipelines, and inference performance.
• Own the full model lifecycle, including prompt design, supervised fine-tuning, and preference optimization. You will make decisions on when to fine-tune models, when to redesign retrieval pipelines, and how to manage data quality at scale.

We are seeking a Website Content Manager who will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining web pages using our custom-built HTML builder. This role involves managing website content, ensuring visual and functional consistency, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality, well-structured pages that align with our brand and business needs.



Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit web pages using our custom HTML builder.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development) to implement content updates and improvements.
• Define content requirements and execute editorial strategies to meet project goals.
• Ensure pages are visually consistent and optimized for user experience.
• Monitor and manage content updates across multiple sections of the website.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with visual content builders or custom web page creation tools.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers on content implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience in website management.
• Experience in creating, improving, and maintaining content on CMS or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience in design.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to define content needs and execute editorial strategies effectively.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
