    How We Hire
We’re not here to make you jump through flaming hoops (unless that’s your hobby — in which case, we’ll cheer you on). Our goal is to see if we’re a good match for each other — and to make sure you enjoy the ride.

    1.  Pre-Screen Call — 30 min
A quick hello with one of our recruiters. We’ll talk about your background, your goals, and what you’re looking for. In return, we’ll tell you more about ABXplay, the role, the team, and answer any burning questions.
    2. Hard Skills Interview — 45–60 min
You’ll meet your potential manager. We’ll dive into the real stuff — your future responsibilities, the challenges ahead, and the kind of work you’d actually be doing (no mystery here).
    3. Final Interview (optional) — 30–45 minutes
Here’s your chance to flip the script. You might meet future teammates or company leadership, but the spotlight’s on your questions — about growth opportunities, our values, the team’s vibe, or anything else that matters to you.
    4. The Offer Stage

If we’re a match — get ready for the best part! We’ll send you an offer, walk you through all the details, and give you a sneak peek at what your first weeks will look like. Think of it as the start of something exciting — because it is.The entire process typically takes about 3–10 business days from start to finish, although it can vary slightly depending on the role, your availability, and other factors. In some cases, certain steps might be combined to speed things up — we like to stay flexible, but without skipping anything crucial. The important bit? We’ll keep you in the loop, respect your time, and make sure the process feels clear and comfortable. And if something’s on your mind, just ask — we’re big fans of straightforward conversations.

    • Official employment & taxes covered — no weird schemes or gray zones.
    • 24 paid vacation days per year.
    • 50% - 100% coverage for courses, books, and professional development.
    • Tech setup — we’ll provide you with everything you need (laptop, monitor, chair, etc.).
    • A strong team culture — we’re honest, ambitious, supportive, and care deeply about what we build together.

    Who we’re looking for:

    • 1+ year of experience with Klaviyo (flows + campaigns).
    • Hunger to learn, open to feedback, and the drive to constantly push your skills forward
    • Solid copywriting skills for e-commerce emails.
    • Experience with pop-up setup.
    • A strong e-commerce background, particularly in retention and loyalty strategies.
    • Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports.
    • A data-driven mindset — you see patterns, understand cause-and-effect, and make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.
