About the Project

We're building an enterprise IoT platform that transforms connected devices such as coffee machines, refrigerators, and similar hardware into secure, self-service stations with access control and usage tracking.

We need someone in the trenches every day. You'll own lead generation, pipeline movement, and making sure our content actually reaches the people it's meant for. This is hands-on execution, not strategy decks.

We are looking for an experienced CRM and Retention Team Lead to lead customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing across our Sportsbook and Casino products. The successful candidate will own the overall CRM strategy, customer lifecycle, retention performance, loyalty initiatives, and revenue growth from existing players.

This role requires a strategic and data-driven leader with strong experience in Sportsbook CRM, Tier 1 markets, and hands-on knowledge of TrueLabel platform.

Requirements

- 3+ years of CRM and Retention experience within iGaming.

- 2+ years in a leadership or Head of CRM role.

- Strong experience managing CRM operations for Sportsbook / Betting products.

- Proven track record of improving retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.

- Experience managing CRM teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Experience building customer segmentation and automated lifecycle programs.

- Excellent understanding of player behavior across Casino and Sportsbook verticals.

- Hands-on experience with TrueLabel platform.

- Strong knowledge of CRM automation and campaign management tools.

- Experience with customer segmentation, trigger-based campaigns, and personalization engines.

- Strong reporting and performance analysis skills.

- Experience working closely with BI and Data teams.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute the overall CRM and Retention strategy across all products and markets.

- Own customer lifecycle management from onboarding through retention, reactivation, and VIP engagement.

- Develop segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys.

- Drive retention, engagement, customer lifetime value (LTV), and player profitability.

- Create and optimize multi-channel communication strategies across Email, SMS, Push, In-App Messaging, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other CRM channels.

- Build and improve loyalty, rewards, bonus, and gamification programs.

- Develop sportsbook-specific CRM campaigns around key sporting events, tournaments, and customer betting behavior.

- Work closely with Product, BI, VIP, Payments, Customer Support and Marketing teams.

- Analyze customer data and identify opportunities to improve player engagement and retention.

- Lead CRM planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Sportsbook Responsibilities

- Develop retention strategies specifically for Sportsbook customers.

- Build event-driven campaigns around major sports events and tournaments.

- Manage free bet campaigns, odds boosts, bet builders, accumulator promotions, cashback offers, and reactivation mechanics.

- Analyze sportsbook customer behavior and optimize customer journeys based on betting activity.

- Experience launching CRM operations in new markets

- Proven experience working with Tier 1 GEOs such as NL, GR, FR, DE.

- Understanding of customer behavior within those markets.
