What You’ll Own

Your first major responsibility is taking full ownership of a live, production product- from database and backend services through APIs and application layers- currently developed with an external vendor. ● A/B Testing and Analysis: Design and implement A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and strategies; analyze results to optimize performance.
● Reporting and Insights: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; proactively identify opportunities for improvement for yourself and the team.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sharing insights, best practices, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives. Share successful learnings, insights, and best practices with the wider team to drive overall team success.

Requirements:
● 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Native campaigns — MUST.
● Experience in Gaming, CFD, or Casino verticals - huge advantage.
● Proven track record of scaling campaigns with healthy profit margins and large budgets.
● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
● Exceptional multitasking and organization abilities.
● Deep understanding of A/B testing, tracking, and performance reporting.
