We’re looking for a Casino & Promotions Manager to take full ownership of our casino product and bonus mechanics. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the entire player experience — from managing the game catalog and provider relationships to the design, setup, economics, and protection of bonus campaigns.

Your goal is straightforward: make sure players always find the right games, enjoy attractive promotions, and drive GGR, engagement, and retention, all while keeping the business profitable and secure from abuse.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands how games and bonuses work in practice. You’ll work with data, manage providers, configure mechanics, and make decisions that players feel every time they open the lobby.

What you’ll be doing
Game Catalog & Lobby Merchandising

• Own the game catalog: add/update titles, maintain accurate metadata (provider, RTP, volatility, tags).
• Build and merchandise the lobby structure (categories, New, Popular, Jackpots) using banners, game positioning, and seasonal collections.
• Plan new game releases and coordinate them with CRM and Design teams.

Bonus Setup, Launch & Economics

• Set up bonuses in the in-office back office (welcome packs, free spins, cashback, promo codes) and configure rules (wagering, max win, game contribution).
• Calculate the cost and ROI of each bonus before launch, tracking its share of GGR/NGR and impact on deposits.
• Work with the CRM team to link bonuses to campaigns (e.g., Customer.io) and prepare bonus T&C with Legal and Compliance.

Provider Relationships & Network Promos

• Manage relationships with game providers and aggregators: onboarding, exclusive releases, and escalations.
• Run promotional mechanics from game studios (Drops & Wins, tournaments, network jackpots).
• Ensure games meet licensing and geo-restriction requirements.

Analytics, Anti-Abuse & Risk Control

• Analyse game, provider, and bonus performance (GGR, turnover, bet count, RTP, wagering completion rate).
• Run A/B tests on lobby layouts, game placements, and promotional offers.
• Monitor and prevent bonus abuse (multi-accounting, hedging, bonus hunting) by building smart rules that protect the business without creating friction for honest players.

 What we’re looking for

• 2–3+ years as a Casino Manager, Game Manager, Bonus Manager, or Promo Manager in iGaming.
• Deep understanding of game & bonus mechanics: RTP, volatility, hit rate, jackpots, wagering, sticky vs non-sticky bonuses, and game contributions.
• Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of key providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, etc.), aggregators (SoftSwiss, Slotegrator, etc.), and standard back-office setups.
• Analytical skills: Experience calculating bonus economics (cost, ROI) and analyzing large data sets. Confident in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL basics are a plus.
• Anti-fraud awareness: Knowledge of the main bonus abuse patterns and how to prevent them.
• High attention to detail — a single configuration mistake can cost real money.
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher.

 Nice to have

• Experience in LATAM markets.
• Experience with in-house platforms, CRM tools (Customer.io), and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker).
• Background in gamification (missions, loyalty programmes) and sportsbook promotions.
• An existing network of contacts at providers and aggregators.

 What we offer

• Fully remote with a flexible schedule.
• The chance to shape the casino product and bonus engine from the ground up as we expand across LATAM.
• Direct influence on the product: short decision paths and no bureaucracy.
• Paid vacation and sick days.
• Probation period: 3 months.
