About the position:You will be part of the BI team, which is organized together with Financial Partnering & Planning (FPP) and anchored with the CFO. While FPP is situated in Denmark, you will be a part of the BI team based in Ukraine.
BI supports departments across the entire 3Shape value chain, from R&D to sales and customer support. This is done using many different data sources, both classic sources such as ERP/CRM systems as well as large amounts of data from all our products. Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Security Operations, Security Monitoring, or a similar role.
- Practical experience with SIEM platforms based on OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or the ELK stack.
- Familiarity with alert configurations and log onboarding (including index structures, ETL processes, and ILM policies).
- Solid analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with a focus on security event analysis.
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS).
- Solid understanding of security concepts such as threat detection, incident response, and malware analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Review corporate IT infrastructure and associated processes.
- Define logging requirements for each resource based on business and security needs.
- Onboard data sources into the SIEM.
- Develop SIEM dashboards and custom visualizations.
- Investigate, analyze, and respond to security incidents in real-time.
- Create, tune, and maintain detection rules, alert configurations, and dashboards within the SIEM.
- Act as the initial responder during cybersecurity incidents.
- Develop and document SOC procedures and incident response workflows.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with information security policies and standards.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- SIEM vendor-specific certifications.
