The Role: QA Engineer

You will:

• Test customer deployments end-to-end before launch: make live test calls to AI voice agents, verify call flows, check inbound/outbound campaign configurations
• Evaluate voice agent quality - pronunciation, response timing, conversation logic, objection handling, edge cases (background noise, interruptions, unexpected questions)
• Test new product features alongside the engineering team - both UI and backend

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role in a web marketing or product-analytics context;
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in SQL — comfortable writing complex queries across BigQuery, Redshift, and PostgreSQL;
• Practical experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Experience with Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization;
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery and/or Redshift);
• Solid grasp of web marketing and product metrics: conversions, funnels, cohorts, retention, attribution;
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and basic statistical analysis
• Python for data processing and automation;

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across our data infrastructure (BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL);
• Develop and own dashboards and reports in Tableau to track key marketing and product metrics;
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, cohorts, and channel performance to surface growth opportunities;
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and ad hoc analysis across multiple database environments;
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define KPIs and translate business questions into data solutions;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across our BI ecosystem;
• Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks — from setup through statistical analysis and reporting;
• Contribute to improving data documentation, governance practices, and internal tooling.

About the Role:

As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will play a key role in our AI team, designing and building solutions that make legal collaboration seamless and accessible. You will work on a cutting-edge product that leverages computer vision and other advanced AI techniques to support the automotive industry. Our platform, SelfInspection, enables automated vehicle inspections. Users capture photos of a vehicle's exterior, interior, and tires, which are then analyzed by our AI and experts to generate detailed condition reports. The first version of the product is live, and we are actively developing its second iteration.

Responsibilities:
 

• Train, evaluate, and deploy computer vision models for tasks such as instance segmentation, object detection, classification, and tracking
• Improve and optimize existing computer vision models
• Prepare high-quality training datasets using annotated data provided by the annotation team
• Stay current with advancements in the computer vision field to ensure the use of efficient and modern approaches
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications for new features
   

Qualifications:
 

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, computer vision, or a closely related field
• Proven experience in training, evaluating, and optimizing deep learning models for production environments
• Strong background in data collection, preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation workflows
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (preferred but not required)
   

Skills:
 

• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Deep understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), transformers, and core computer vision tasks such as image classification, object detection, segmentation, and tracking
• Proficiency with scientific and image processing libraries such as NumPy, OpenCV, and scikit-learn
• Familiarity with model deployment techniques (e.g., ONNX, TensorRT, TorchScript, TensorFlow Lite) and performance optimization strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to decompose complex vision tasks into modular components
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams
   

Will be a Plus:
 

• Interest in prototyping and experimenting with new computer vision techniques

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Lead – Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the architecture, quality, and evolution of our frontend systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will guide frontend development standards, mentor engineers, collaborate closely with Product and UX teams, and deliver high-performance, scalable, and elegant user interfaces that power complex financial workflows.

This role operates in an AI-augmented development environment, where engineers leverage modern AI code agents (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase engineering productivity.

What You Will Do

Technical Leadership

-Lead frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices
-Mentor and guide frontend engineers through code reviews and design discussions

-Drive high-velocity feature development while maintaining high code quality
-Establish and promote effective use of AI code agents and AI-assisted engineering tools across the frontend team

Product & UX Collaboration

-Work closely with product specialists and UX engineers to design and deliver a state-of-the-art UI

Frontend Development

-Develop usable, performant, and maintainable frontend applications
-Contribute to component-based development in ReactJS using Redux/MobX

-Use AI code assistants and code agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.) to accelerate development, refactoring, debugging, and code quality improvements

Requirements and Qualifications

-5+ years of successful web development experience
