Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Trainee QA Engineer with minimal hands-on experience or a graduate of automation testing courses who is ready to actively learn and grow in the QA Automation field. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
 

Your Tasks During the Probation Period

• Learn internal standards and approaches to test automation.
• Create and maintain automated tests for Web/Mobile/API (based on ready-to-use frameworks).
• Work with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, WDIO, Pytest (depending on the project).
• Write and maintain test documentation: checklists and automated test cases.
• Run automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and analyze results.
• Work with databases (SQL queries to verify test data).
• Participate in team meetings, discuss technical solutions, and receive feedback from your mentor.
• Gain practical skills in creating high-quality, stable automated tests.
   

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of a programming language (Python or JavaScript).
• Understanding of OOP principles and code structure.
• Understanding of the SDLC.
• Theoretical knowledge of automated testing (hands-on experience from pet projects or courses is a plus).
• Basic Git skills.
• Entry-level knowledge of SQL.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and testing using Postman or similar tools.
• English: Intermediate+ (ability to read documentation and communicate via work messengers).
   

Would Be a Plus

• Experience with Docker or CI/CD (e.g., building Jenkins pipelines during courses).
• Participation in educational or pet projects (willingness to share code samples).
• Bash scripting skills.

Requirements

Must-have

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience on ERP / accounting / operations projects (implementation, optimization, or major enhancements).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report; inventory/manufacturing a plus).
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals (GL, AP, AR, cash management, revenue recognition basics).
• Proven ability to write clear requirements artifacts:
  • user stories / acceptance criteria
  • functional specs
  • process flows (BPMN or similar)
  • test cases / UAT scripts
• Experience collaborating with developers and solution architects (translate business needs into functional + data requirements).
• Comfortable with data analysis:
  • Excel (advanced)
  • ability to interpret datasets, reconcile transactions, validate outcomes
• Strong stakeholder skills: run workshops, manage scope, prioritize backlog, communicate tradeoffs.

Strongly preferred 

• Prior work with any ERP: NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Odoo, etc.
• Familiarity with reporting concepts: dashboards, financial reporting, management reporting.
• Understanding of integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, file imports/exports, middleware concepts.
• Experience with implementation partners/VARs and client-facing delivery.

Nice-to-have (Acumatica-specific but not required)

• Acumatica experience (Financials, Distribution, Project Accounting, Construction, etc.).
• Knowledge of Acumatica concepts: Screens, GIs (Generic Inquiries), Workflows, Role-based access, Import Scenarios.
• Exposure to Acumatica customization model (high level) and release testing.

Key responsibilities 

• Become an expert in Acumatica OOTB functionality and recommend best-fit solutions before custom development.
• Lead discovery to document as-is processes, define to-be processes, and identify gaps.
• Translate business needs into efficient customization designs, focusing on simplicity, maintainability, and upgrade-safe patterns.
• Produce developer-ready specs and validate delivered functionality through UAT and regression checks.
• Maintain a structured backlog in Jira and ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.

Learning expectation

• Willingness to complete structured onboarding and become proficient in Acumatica within 60–90 days (navigation, core modules, workflows, reporting, common configuration patterns).

The Role
We're looking for a Proxy Product Owner to join our cross-functional product team. You'll bridge business stakeholders and engineering, translating user needs into actionable requirements while driving data-informed product decisions. Reporting to the Head of Product and Quality, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Designers, Product Managers, and Solution Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Delivery

 
Manage the product backlog: write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work for your team
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) together with a Scrum Master
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and tasks
