Position Overview:

As a Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Jira and Confluence instances. 1. Platform Administration:

2. Configuration and Customization:

3. Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and systems used within the organization to facilitate seamless data flow and collaboration.

4. User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to users on Jira and Confluence functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

5. Corporate IT Services:
