What you’ll do

• Source and attract top-tier digital designers and motion designers (senior level)
• Identify and engage A-players, not average candidates
• Build pipelines of exceptional creatives (not just fill roles)
• Run full-cycle recruiting: outreach → screening → closing
• Work closely with the founder and creative team to define what “great” looks like

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience hiring for strong design teams / creative studios / agencies
• Ability to spot true talent vs. “just good” portfolios
• Strong network or ability to hunt globally (Dribbble, Behance, LinkedIn, niche communities)
• Taste. You understand what top-level design and motion looks like
• Experience hiring senior and lead-level creatives
• High ownership, proactive mindset

Big plus

• Experience hiring for motion design / video / product design
• Worked with high-performance teams or startups
• Strong intuition for culture fit in creative teams

Що потрібно робити:
 

• Надавати оперативну технічну підтримку користувачам та системам організації;
• Виявляти, діагностувати та усувати технічні проблеми в комп’ютерних системах і ПЗ;
• Встановлювати, налаштовувати та оновлювати програмне забезпечення;
• Підтримувати та обслуговувати периферійне обладнання (принтери, сканери, монітори тощо);
• Працювати з інцидентами: фіксувати, аналізувати та вирішувати через Service Desk;
• Аналізувати технічні проблеми (включно з логами систем та обладнання);
• Підтримувати роботу мережі та доступ до внутрішніх і зовнішніх ресурсів;
• Консультувати користувачів та навчати їх роботі з ІТ-системами;
• Створювати інструкції, регламенти та технічну документацію;
• Впроваджувати рішення для зменшення повторних інцидентів;
• Забезпечувати безперебійну роботу ІТ-інфраструктури.
   

Що ми очікуємо від Вас:
 

• Досвід роботи в ІТ-підтримці або на аналогічній посаді від 1–2 років;
• Впевнене знання ОС Windows (10/11, Windows Server);
• Базові знання Linux (Ubuntu / Debian / CentOS);
• Досвід роботи з технікою Apple (MacBook, iPhone, iPad);
• Досвід встановлення та налаштування ПЗ (MS Office, Google Workspace);
• Розуміння принципів роботи CRM-систем (на базовому рівні);
• Досвід роботи з периферійним обладнанням;
• Навички діагностики апаратних несправностей ПК;
• Базові знання хмарних сервісів (Google Drive, OneDrive);
• Розуміння продуктів Microsoft 365 та Google Workspace;
• Знання основ мереж та доступів;
• Розуміння принципів ІТ- та кібербезпеки;
• Досвід віддаленої підтримки користувачів;
• Вміння працювати з технічною документацією та інцидентами;
• Розвинені комунікаційні навички (вміння пояснювати технічні речі просто).
   

Буде плюсом:
 

• Додаткові курси або сертифікації в ІТ;
• Досвід роботи в структурованому Service Desk середовищі;
• Знання англійської мови.
