Customer Support Agent (night shifts)

We're looking for night shift Customer Support Agents to join our team! If you're a night owl who enjoys helping people and solving problems, we'd love to meet you.
 

What you'll be doing:

• Chatting with customers and helping them with their questions via chat, email, phone calls, and other channels
• Keeping in touch with your teammates throughout your shift so you can solve issues together
• Making sure every customer gets a friendly, clear, and helpful experience
   

What we're looking for:

• Got customer support experience? Awesome!
• No experience? That's totally okay too. If you're eager to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know
• You're available to work night shifts (23:00 – 07:00)
• You stay calm when things get busy and genuinely enjoy helping people
• Your English is C1+ in both speaking and writing
