The platform is a rental marketplace that brings together individuals and businesses into one unified ecosystem. Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Go
• experience working with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• experience writing and optimizing queries for PostgreSQL and MySQL
• experience with REST API / gRPC
• DevOps knowledge, including Docker, Nginx, CI/CD, and cloud service configuration
• experience writing unit and integration tests

Responsibility

• Managing the high-quality delivery of day-to-day HR operations (hire-to-retire).
• Proactively driving HR operational excellence, identifying gaps, and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Acting as the main HR point of contact for employees, providing guidance, answering HR-related questions, and resolving operational issues.
• Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, internal guidelines, and reports.
• Managing and developing a small HR team (initially 1 person, growing to 2 in the near future).

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of HR processes.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
