Marketing Manager
About the project:
You’ll be joining a new Polish mobile marketplace that combines auctions and classifieds in one app. Users browse offers with a swipe or a filtered grid, bid in auctions with automatic bidding and protection against last-second sniping, or make price offers right in the chat. Payment happens in the app via BLIK or card, parcels are tracked in the app, and both sides rate each other at the end. Trust is the core of the product: sellers verify their identity before their first payout, listings are moderated, and money never goes to a private bank account. Both private and business sellers can use the app.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a mobile app, marketplace or e-commerce product
- Hands-on experience launching a product (or a major new market) from zero
- Experience growing a two-sided marketplace (buyers and sellers, including private and business sellers)
- Ability to build trust-driven messaging and a brand for a new, unknown product
- Practical knowledge of paid app user acquisition: Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads
- ASO experience (App Store and Google Play listings, screenshots, keywords, reviews)
- Comfortable with data and measurement, including privacy-friendly approaches (the product is built around minimal tracking)
- Solid understanding of the Polish consumer market
- English at B2+ (team communication)
