What you’ll do
 

Accounting & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar);
• Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing processes;
• Process and track accounts payable and receivable;
• Maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions;
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and management accounts;
• Support external accountants and auditors with required documentation and data.
   

Treasury & Payments:

• Execute and monitor outgoing payments across multiple banks, EMIs, and payment platforms;
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time;
• Manage cash balances across legal entities, bank accounts, and currencies;

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations or a similar combined role;
• Experience in IT, fintech, e-commerce business environment;
• Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar);
• Experience managing payments and banking operations;
• Experience with payment reconciliation, transaction tracking, and journal entries;

Key Responsibilities

• 7+ years of compliance experience, including 5+ years in a compliance leadership role within fintech, a neobank, or a banking-as-a-service / sponsor bank environment.
• Deep working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, GLBA, EFTA, and state money transmission laws.
• Direct experience managing relationships with sponsor banks and navigating the bank-partnership model.
• Track record of leading regulatory exams and building a compliance function from the ground up or scaling an existing one.
• Strong people-leadership skills with experience hiring and managing a compliance team.

We are currently looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Specialist who will be responsible for growing our partner sales channel and building long-term strategic partnerships.

About the Role

The primary goal of this role is to identify new partnership opportunities and grow existing partnerships that drive qualified traffic to EVIQO's Amazon listings and the company's website, ultimately increasing sales.

This role is also responsible for analyzing partnership performance, testing new growth hypotheses, and identifying the most effective ways to scale the partner channel. Increasing brand awareness through strategic partnerships is considered an additional benefit.

Expected Results

Within the first 12 months, you will be expected to:

• Deliver significant sales growth through the partnership channel.
• Expand the partner network by attracting new partners with proven sales potential.
• Achieve strong utilization of available resources and consistently meet sales targets starting from the third month.
• Establish a structured reporting process and a continuous hypothesis-testing framework beginning from the second month.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Sales, or Influencer Marketing.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, ROI, P&L, commission models, and key business metrics.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Practical experience conducting business communication in English, including negotiations, meetings, and written communication with partners, without a language barrier or hesitation in reaching out to new contacts.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a mid-level PPC Specialist who confidently manages e-commerce accounts in Google Ads and is excited to work directly with English-speaking clients.

Must-have skills

Google Ads (the core of the job)

• 2–3+ years of hands-on work with Google Ads on performance projects;
• Performance Max and Shopping: launching from scratch, ramping up, ongoing optimization;
• Search: keyword research, account structure, negative keywords, bidding strategies;
• Remarketing and audience work;
• Product feeds: writing specs, QA, refining them for PMax/Shopping;
• Experience with budgets from $5,000/month per account.

E-commerce specifics

• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CR, AOV and margin – and what to do when a metric drops;
• Work with large catalogs (10,000+ SKUs) and category-level structure;
• Seasonal planning: BFCM, holidays, promo periods.
• Analytics
• GA4 at working level: building reports, analyzing conversion paths, checking that events fire correctly;
• Google Tag Manager: understanding how goals are set up and the ability to trace a data issue;
• Google Sheets / Excel: pivot tables, basic formulas, preparing a report on your own without an analyst;
• A/B testing of ads and creatives.

Communication

• English B1 (Intermediate) or higher, spoken: running calls and email threads with clients yourself;
• Writing ad copy in English;

• Running 4–5 projects in parallel without daily micromanagement.

About the Role

JetMonsters IT Holding is looking for an Product Manager / Apps Product Lead with experience in iOS & mobile apps to build and lead the full cycle of testing and launching mobile applications for the US market at the JetApps studio.

This role focuses primarily on iOS subscription-based apps across categories such as tools, utilities, content, and health & fitness.

You will own the entire product lifecycle — from identifying promising app niches and defining MVP strategy to launching, testing, and scaling successful products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and niche selection for new mobile apps to test.
• Identify core value propositions and define the MVP scope, product requirements and approve the UX logic.
• Define the required monetization model and unit economics.
• Define and manage key product metrics, build financial models for MVP, and ensure product profitability.
• Set up product analytics, manage events and funnel tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, marketing, and finance teams.
• Manage the full cycle of MVP development, testing, and iteration, making decisions: kill / iterate / scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Product Management (preferably iOS apps).

• Proven experience launching subscription-based products from scratch in Tier-1 markets (US preferred), with a track record of scaling revenue and generating sustainable margins.
