Responsibilities:
- Editing videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X, and YouTube (short-form and long-form);
- Producing highlight cuts, meme edits, reaction clips, sports-focused edits, and other dynamic content;
- Applying advanced editing techniques: fast cuts, transitions, sound design, motion accents, AI/CGI elements when needed;
- Building content from various sources: raw footage, sponsor materials, UGC, AI-generated assets;
- Maintaining a high posting pace and delivering edits with fast turnaround;
- Optimizing videos for platform algorithms to maximize reach, engagement, and retention;
- Collaborating with design and creative teams to align on concepts, formats, and style;
- Contributing ideas and testing new video formats, styles, and experimental approaches.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably with social media content;

Key responsibilities:
- Develop new mobile app features using Flutter with clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end mobile solutions.

- Work with Firebase: Auth, Cloud Function integration, Push Notifications, Storage, Firestore
- Work with RiverPod/Bloc for state management.

- Deploy apps to App Store and Google Play, including release preparation and follow-up.
Role profile:
- 2+ years of proven work experience in Flutter development, ideally in outsource companies
- Real, functioning products in the portfolio (published in the App Store & Google Play).
- Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Confident use of RiverPod / Provider (additional experience with BLoC will be a plus).
- Experience working with Firebase components such as Push Notifications, Firestore Database, Authentication (experience with Analytics / Crashlytics will be an advantage).
