    We're currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help optimize internal processes, build analytical systems, and drive product and operational insights.


    Your future tasks:

    • Identify business needs through meetings with internal stakeholders and teams;
    • Create and maintain documentation: specifications, requirements, business process diagrams, technical tasks;
    • Analyze and model existing workflows, propose and implement improvements;
    • Build the company’s BI structure and dashboards for cross-team use;
    • Conduct in-depth data analysis around customer behavior, product usage, and pricing;
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create a project roadmap and align on priorities;
    • Assess implemented solutions, gather feedback, and propose further optimizations.


    What we expect:

    • 3+ years hands on experience on a Business Analyst role;
    • Understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools (BI).
    • Strong skills in modeling and optimizing business processes;
    • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail;
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage large flows of information without losing focus;
    • Abillity to work in team;
    • Professional-level English proficiency;
    • Experience working in product companies is a plus.

    Position Overview:
    We’re looking for a CMO who will lead the strategic transformation of our marketing function, scale operations, and strengthen our presence in the B2B and Enterprise segments. You’ll work closely with the in-house marketing team to align goals, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth across all channels.

    You can join us as a full-time CMO or a fractional CMO (1–2 days/week) to support us in building the structure, team, and processes for the next stage of scale.


    Main goal: To scale the marketing system, increase the focus on B2B and turn the brand into an enterprise segment

    • Work in conjunction with the internal marketing department - strategy, priorities, task setting and review of implementation results.
    • Repositioning the brand in the B2B/Enterprise segment
    • Define roles and areas of responsibility
    • Scale existing channels: PPC, SEO, content, affiliate, outreach
    • Increase brand awareness and trust in international markets
    • Build a marketing connection with sales and strengthen the team

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles
    • Proven success scaling B2B marketing in product-based IT or SaaS companies
    • Hands-on experience in team management, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and mentoring team members
    • Practical experience with modern marketing/analytics platforms, automation tools, and up-to-date industry practices
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
