    Responsibilities:

    • Handling technical support requests from global clients — including troubleshooting, log analysis, and identifying root causes.
    • Working closely with logs, system metrics, and network traffic to pinpoint issues.
    • Escalating complex technical incidents to Tier 3 when necessary.
    • Collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve customer-facing challenges.
    • Assisting with client onboarding and integration when needed.

     

    ✅ Requirements:

    • Previous experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support, ideally in a B2B or infrastructure-heavy environment.
    • Solid hands-on experience with Linux (command-line operations, basic troubleshooting).
    • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and experience analyzing logs.
    • Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken).

    We are seeking a Senior CI Consultant (D365 Finance) to join our client’s customer care team, responsible for resolving complex functional incidents and delivering continuous improvement in Dynamics 365 for international customers.


    You will act as the functional point of contact within the team, collaborating closely with Technical Consultants and the Service Delivery Manager to deliver high-quality support and managed services. Your responsibilities include incident management, root cause analysis, change requests, and continuous service improvement initiatives.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver high-quality business and application support services to clients, focusing on finance processes within Dynamics 365;
    • Analyze and resolve 2nd and 3rd line functional incidents, including escalations for priority cases;
    • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term resolutions to recurring issues;
    • Design, test, document, and deploy functional and integration changes (RFCs);
    • Support project handovers to GMS during UAT and Hyper Care phases;

    QUALIFICATIONS
