    We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Back-end Developer with proven expertise in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) integrations!!! This role involves building a custom integration similar to our existing ServiceNow workflow.

     

    Key Requirements:

    -Hands-on experience with ManageEngine SDP REST APIs, API keys/OAuth, and secure REST communication

    -Strong skills in PHP, Node.js, or Python

    -Ability to capture ticket data on create/update events and trigger a specified URL

    -Write verification results back into SDP tickets (status, details, etc.)

    -Build a clean, maintainable integration architecture

     

    Deliverables:

    Fully working SDP integration aligned with our ServiceNow logic

    Source code + documentation

    Setup guide, configs, troubleshooting docs

    Final walkthrough session
