In this role, you won’t just "write code", you will design and ship intelligent, cloud-native systems for our Maritime Intelligence Agentic platform. Who You Are

• A Professional Engineer: You have 5+ years of professional full-stack or backend engineering experience, including 2+ years of experience building agents or agentic workflows in production at scale within a distributed system architecture.
• An AI-Native Engineer: You are excited about agentic development and agent-based operations. You are proficient in high-scale AI-based development, utilizing tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot in a highly autonomous fashion, and are a strong, independent individual contributor who can work effectively alone or in small, ad-hoc groups.
• Distributed & Cloud Architecture: You have proven experience with GraphQL or REST and designing scalable, cloud-based distributed architectures, including event-driven patterns. You are comfortable with AWS (K8S, Serverless, Event-driven), messaging (SQS, SNS) and databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB). Experience with Vector DBs is a plus.

Technical Requirements

You'll act as the commercial interface between prospective customers and the PromoRepublic platform — and as an important source of market intelligence for the broader team.

Why This Role Exists

PromoRepublic is in a growth phase that requires more deliberate new logo acquisition than a single AE can execute alone.

The market for AI-enabled franchise marketing platforms is maturing. Franchise brands that were early-stage evaluators 18 months ago are now making active decisions. The window to establish relationships and close deals in the mid-market segment is open — but it requires consistent, high-quality pipeline activity to capture it.

This role exists to accelerate that capture.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, support full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and help us bring more structure, speed, and creativity into how we attract people.

You’re proactive, structured, and comfortable owning roles end to end. You know how to understand a hiring need, translate it into a clear sourcing strategy, reach out to candidates with strong messaging, run screening calls, coordinate the process, and keep stakeholders updated.

You’re not afraid of niche roles, changing priorities, or fast hiring timelines. You can work independently, communicate clearly in English, and bring both speed and quality into the recruitment process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own full-cycle recruitment for different roles across the business, from intake to offer stage
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, niche platforms, and other channels
• Build strong talent pipelines for e-commerce, marketing, operations, creative, customer support, and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, priorities, and evaluation criteria
• Conduct screening calls and assess candidates’ experience, motivation, communication skills, culture fit, and English level
• Write and improve outreach messages, job descriptions, candidate briefs, and recruitment updates
• Manage candidate communication and provide a clear, respectful, and consistent candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and next steps across the hiring process
• Keep recruitment trackers, pipelines, and reporting tables accurate and up to date
• Share market insights, candidate feedback, and sourcing observations with the team
• Help improve recruitment processes, templates, workflows, and hiring documentation as the company grows

What You Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong English level, B2 or higher, with confidence in written and verbal communication
• Experience hiring for e-commerce, marketing, DTC, creative, operations, or related roles
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates beyond obvious search results
• Ability to understand role requirements quickly and translate them into an effective search strategy
• Experience conducting screening calls and assessing candidate fit
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, candidates, and hiring managers at the same time
• Clear, professional, and friendly communication style
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience hiring for U.S., LATAM, European, or international markets
• Experience recruiting for marketing roles such as performance marketing, influencer marketing, brand marketing, content, design, social media, or e-commerce growth
• Experience working in a fast-growing e-commerce, DTC, wellness, beauty, CPG, or consumer brand
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, candidate scraping tools, or niche sourcing platforms

We’re looking for an Invoice & Supply Sync Manager who can bring structure, accuracy, and visibility to the flow of invoices, purchase records, shipping documents, inventory updates, and vendor communication.

This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, accounts payable coordination, document management, and cross-functional follow-up. It’s not just about keeping files organized — it’s about making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time, so decisions can be made clearly and operations can keep moving.

Now — who are we looking for?

You’re highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive. You like clean trackers, clear documentation, reconciled numbers, and well-managed follow-ups. You’re comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders, vendors, warehouses, internal teams, and accounting systems — and you know how to spot when something doesn’t match.

You can manage multiple moving parts without losing the details, and you’re calm enough to follow a discrepancy through until it’s resolved.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collect, review, and organize vendor invoices and supporting documents
• Verify invoice details against purchase orders, receiving records, approved pricing, and shipment documentation
• Track invoice approval status, payment readiness, missing documents, and open discrepancies
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on coding issues, payment schedules, invoice questions, and backup documentation
• Maintain invoice tracking logs, payment schedules, and organized records for accounting and audit purposes
• Coordinate inventory-related documentation between suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, freight providers, and internal teams
• Track inbound shipments, freight invoices, receiving confirmations, inventory discrepancies, and related follow-ups
• Support reconciliation of purchase orders, goods received, supplier invoices, inventory adjustments, and logistics costs
• Follow up on missing invoices, packing lists, BOLs, proofs of delivery, receiving confirmations, and inventory updates
• Keep communication records, escalation notes, and open operational items clearly organized
• Update operational and accounting systems with accurate invoice, supply, and inventory-related data
• Maintain organized digital filing structures for invoices, shipping documents, vendor records, and reconciliation materials
• Support reporting related to AP aging, supply costs, freight expenses, inventory variances, and open purchase orders
• Assist with month-end close processes and reconciliation procedures

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, supply chain coordination, operations administration, inventory support, logistics support, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience working with invoices, purchase orders, vendor communication, and supporting documentation
• Understanding of basic accounts payable workflows and approval processes
• Ability to compare records, identify discrepancies, and follow up until issues are resolved
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, trackers, digital folders, and operational systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and communication threads at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency required
• Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to daily operations

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Bill.com, or similar accounting / ERP systems
• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce operations
• Background in e-commerce, CPG, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory-heavy environments
• Understanding of inventory reconciliation, freight costs, and warehouse documentation
