Important requirement (please read carefully) We are only considering candidates who have previous lead generation experience for IT outsourcing, software development, or tech services companies. General lead generation experience is not sufficient for this role.
 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lead lists (Founders, CTOs, Operations leaders)
• Run outbound lead generation
• Personalize outreach messages for US-based prospects
• Book qualified calls for the Business Development / US team
• Track outreach and results in CRM
• Continuously improve messaging based on response quality
   

Requirements

• Proven lead generation experience for IT services / software development companies
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar
• Strong written English
• Result-oriented mindset
   

KPIs

• Qualified conversations started
• Calls booked
• Call show-up rate
• Lead quality (not just volume)
