We're not looking for someone who knows everything about crypto. We're looking for someone who knows how to sell services through content.
Cowchain is a development agency—we sell expertise, not tokens. Our content needs to attract founders, CTOs, and product leads who are looking for a reliable engineering partner. That's a B2B game, and we need someone who gets it.

About the role
We're looking for a Program Manager to join one of our partner's product teams through Cowchain's outstaffing model. You'll be working on a fintech/DeFi product—a decentralized financial platform that merges traditional banking with blockchain and AI, serving 70,000+ paying clients across 40+ countries.
This is a fullstack role that combines product, project, and engineering management. You'll own the discovery, definition, and delivery of a product vertical—from roadmap to production.
