• Own the full events strategy — define formats, set KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize offline, online, or hybrid events.
• Plan and execute events that boost team morale, while implementing processes, templates, and standards to ensure repeatable, scalable, high-quality experiences.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, analyze event data, collect feedback, and improve future events.
• Own events like a true IGL: сoordinate vendors, venues, contractors, and other partners.
• Team up with HR & other team members to maximize impact, engagement, and culture-building, while taking full ownership of the event direction.
• Handle merch, gifts, props — every drop should feel like a knife unbox.
• Watch event trends like you’re holding mid on Mirage — react fast, act smart.
• Lead events end-to-end, tracking results, collecting feedback, improving processes, and ensuring repeatable excellence.

• 4+ years of running IRL events like a boss;
• Proactive and autonomous warrior who can make everything happen without manager (but you will have help, of course)
• You like to take the responsibility and truly own everything you create;
• Battle-tested in negotiating with vendors, venues, and contractors — always playing for the best deal;
• Social skills on point: you’re that player everyone wants on their team;
• Comfortable managing multiple missions at once — and keeping your cool under pressure;
• Self-driven and proactive — no micromanagement needed to stay in the zone;
• Master of logistics and organization — your spreadsheets are cleaner than a perfect AWP flick;
• Ready to track metrics, analyze outcomes, and optimize strategy;
• Sharp eye for details + creative thinking = deadly combo;
• Ready to travel and show up at LANs, cons, and IRL events to make things legendary;
• Solid presentation and speaking skills — whether it’s on stage or in a strategy meeting;
• Experienced in developing creative ideas for events;

Key Requirements:
🔹 2+ years of experience in SDR, Growth, RevOps, GTM, or Marketing roles;
🔹 Strong hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot / Monday — customization and workflow building);
🔹 Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Clay, etc.);
🔹 Experience working with LLM workflows and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, etc.);

Our Customer:
A product-oriented company specializing in the development of high-performance networking solutions. The organization focuses on building scalable software for complex network systems, combining embedded development with advanced networking technologies.
 

Your tasks:

• Design and develop core software for networking hardware, including switches and routers;
• Lead development of embedded components and ensure system-level efficiency;
• Work closely with hardware teams to optimize performance and integration;
• Drive architectural decisions and improve existing codebase;
• Mentor engineers and contribute to best development practices.
   

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience with C programming with solid commercial background;
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, including build systems and scripting;
• Background in development of networking hardware products.
• Experience with embedded development and hardware interaction;
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals;
• Confident English for technical communication.
   

Would be a plus:

• Strong knowledge of L2/L3 protocols (ARP, STP, IGMP, VLAN, etc.);
