We’re looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to strengthen our organic growth in Google. Your focus will be classic SEO: technical optimization, on-page improvements, link building, semantic research, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Run technical SEO audits and implement improvements (indexation, speed, structure, error fixing).
• Improve on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking.
• Build and maintain a white-hat link building strategy; monitor link quality.
• Conduct competitor and niche research: semantics, clustering, priorities for pages/topics.
• Track performance in GA4 and Google Search Console; measure impact on traffic and leads.
• Work with the content team: prepare briefs, review content, control quality and factual accuracy.
• Future direction: participate in testing and introducing AI SEO / GEO practices (content readiness for AI answers, visibility in AI-generated results, hypotheses and experiments).

Requirements

• 1+ years of SEO experience (Middle level).
• Strong technical SEO base: indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical, site speed, basics of structured data.
• Experience with semantic research and content strategy: keywords, clusters, intents, on-page optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
• English: Intermediate or higher.
• AI SEO certification is required (e.g., Dabudai Certified AI SEO Expert) or willingness to obtain it quickly.
