This project is being built fully from scratch. You’ll be involved from day one, working closely with development teams. You must be comfortable navigating evolving requirements, clarifying scope, prioritizing logically, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders in both the US and the UK.

What you’ll do:
1. Join the project immediately at the beginning of the development phase to start building processes and coordinate all stakeholders
2. Lead day-to-day communication across development and QA teams.
Communicate directly with the client (US/UK), ensuring transparent status updates and expectation management
3. Manage and maintain the JIRA board, ensuring tasks, priorities, and statuses are always up to date
4. Build processes on the project to ensure the team meets deadlines while keeping the scope realistic and manageable.
5. Support the Technical Lead in coordinating timelines, dependencies, and release plans
6. Refine and plan backlog with the development teams
7. From time to time - help translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, and edit existing user stories
8. Review wireframes, user flows, and early system concepts to ensure clarity and feasibility
9. Track progress, identify risks early, and escalate issues when deadlines or deliverables are at risk
10. Help maintain documentation, acceptance criteria, and versioning

Required expertise:
1. C1 English or higher — mandatory (daily communication with US & UK stakeholders).
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development (preferably in mobile apps or social/content platforms).
3. Strong understanding of Agile, with the ability to adapt processes pragmatically.
4. Experience working with JIRA (creating tickets, maintaining boards, sprint planning, backlog grooming).
5. Ability to perform as a Business Analyst when needed to edit and create user stories
6. Experience in guiding projects from wireframes → user stories → development → QA → release.
7. Skilled in managing changing requirements and keeping stakeholders aligned.
8. Strong communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience with projects involving user-generated content, content moderation, or social media features.
2. Familiarity with estimating or reviewing estimations with Technical Leads.
3. Background working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
4. Understanding of dependencies between mobile, backend, and design tasks.

Engagement Format
1. Expected to become the primary day-to-day PM for this project.

We are seeking a Middle Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation for our product offerings (AI agents and SaaS). This role owns the full sales development cycle, from lead creation through SQL delivery, and works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Events. The SDR will also support pre-sales activities, including qualification and participation in sales calls when needed.

This is a results-driven role with direct impact on revenue and clear performance-based upside.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound sales development process for product-led offerings
• Independently research, create, and manage lead lists (lead researcher support available if needed)
• Execute outbound campaigns using Reply.io as the core outreach tool
• Run ABM- and GTM-driven outreach across email, LinkedIn, and event-related campaigns
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book SQLs for the Sales team
• Participate in sales calls when required to support qualification and deal progression
• Ensure all leads, activities, and sales interactions are fully tracked in HubSpot
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to drive pipeline impact
• Support pre-event and post-event outreach and follow-ups
• Maintain strong knowledge of product positioning and customer value

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outbound B2B sales development experience
• Proven ability to self-source leads and drive outbound pipeline
• Strong understanding of GTM and ABM strategies
• Hands-on experience with Reply.io or Clay as a primary outbound tool
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot as the single CRM and system of record
• Experience supporting events and event-driven lead generation
• Comfortable engaging in pre-sales qualification and joining sales calls
• Excellent written and spoken English (business-level or higher)
