    This is engineering-first, production-focused, system-level AI development.


    You will contribute to AI-native enterprise platforms, generative AI Proofs of Concept (POCs) and MVPs, agent-based systems and workflow orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, enterprise AI integrations (CRM, ERP, document systems, knowledge bases), internal AI accelerators and reusable frameworks, and intelligent automation and workflow transformation.


    You will work at the intersection of backend engineering, data engineering, applied generative AI, LLM orchestration and cloud-native architecture.


    If you do not have hands-on experience in Generative AI yet - that is fine. What matters is strong engineering fundamentals and genuine curiosity.


    Qualifications & experience:
     

    • Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production backend systems (5+ years)
    • Good understanding of software architecture principles
    • Hands-on experience working with services of at least one cloud provider (AWS / Azure / GCP)
    • You are comfortable going beyond pure engineering - you can contribute to product thinking, consulting discussions, and solution ideation;
    • You are particularly interested in emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and generative AI, and follow new developments in the field;
