We are looking for a Talent Source Intern to join our Source Up program — for those who have already taken sourcing courses and are ready to move from theory to real candidate search. Source Up is a month of paid, hands-on practice with real United Tech vacancies, not a training simulation or "for-portfolio" tasks.
