We are seeking a Firmware Engineer to contribute to the design and development of embedded firmware for our advanced DC/DC power conversion ICs.
In this role, you will create control firmware for a family of MCU-based digital power
controllers for various DC/DC power supply topologies. This will enable real-time control,
configuration, and communication with external systems through serial protocols such as
I2C, PMBus and UART.

Responsibilities:
As part of this role, you will:
— Write and test embedded firmware for power IC applications using C.
— Implement real-time control and configuration firmware for embedded systems.

— Assist in debugging and validating embedded firmware with mixed-signal hardware in

Qualifications:

— You are a hands-on engineer with a strong interest in embedded firmware development.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
— BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
— 4+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.
— Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
— Familiarity with serial communication protocols such as I2C, UART, or PMBus.
— Basic understanding of mixed-signal systems (combining analog and digital
components).
— Lab experience for debugging firmware with hardware circuits.

We’re looking for a Product Manager for our partner company, Duomo.

Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading church-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal.

To achieve this ambitious goal, we’re looking for a Middle Product Manager who will take real ownership of how Duomo evolves and how users experience the product.

What you’ll be responsible for

As our first PM, you will report directly to the Product Lead and:

• Own product areas end-to-end: problem discovery → solution → delivery → outcome.
• Drive the product development plan, balancing quick wins and long-term bets.
• Improve key product metrics (activation, engagement, LTV) through experiments and iteration.
• Translate user needs and insights into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Content to turn ideas into business impact.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager on a B2C product.
• You can break down a vague vision ("make the app more engaging") into a series of testable, measurable hypotheses.
• Before shipping anything, you understand what user behavior you’re aiming to change and how that change impacts key metrics like LTV, activation, or retention.

The Development Manager at VyOS is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of software development initiatives. This role focuses on translating technical product requirements into actionable plans, coordinating development activities, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

 

Responsibilities
 

• Lead and mentor the Development teams.
• Translate product requirements into engineering-internal development plans, task breakdowns, and backlog commitments, and ensure proper execution.
• Management of bug triage and feature requests processes.
• Ensure development work aligns with priorities defined by product management.
• Track progress of tasks, epics, and releases, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify blockers and ensure their timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates on development status, risks, and timelines.
• Ensure quality standards are met before release.
• Coordinate work with the engineering: development, QA, and technical documentation across the team.
• Manage the QA function for products.
• Maintain development processes and improve execution efficiency.
• Define and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Owns, maintains a backlog, and ensure is clean, actionable, and up to date.
• Ensure the maintenance of team capacity, workload balance, engagement, and performance standards! And manage human resources to ensure they match the company’s needs.

Fully Remote Work: This 100% remote position allows you to work anywhere.

Flexible Work Schedule: We offer a flexible work schedule that allows you to manage your time while ensuring effective collaboration across our globally distributed teams. The official workday starts between 8 AM and 11 AM (employee local time) and ends between 5 PM and 8 PM (employee local time). While flexibility is encouraged, occasional work outside typical hours may be required to align with colleagues in different time zones.
