We are looking for an ambitious and motivated specialist to join Grodas Group as a Lead Generation Specialist with 2 years of experience.This role offers professional growth in international IT sales, working with modern tools to generate and qualify leads. Previous experience in research, communication, or sales is a plus - strong motivation and willingness to learn are a must.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- English Proficiency: B1-B2;
- Strong Analytical skills;
- Positive attitude and passion on achieving results.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Upwork activities;
- Build and maintain outreach databases on LinkedIn;
- Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (manual and automated: Sales Navigator and Linked Helper 2;
- Research and support LinkedIn campaigns for on-site meetings in the USA and Canada;
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients;
- Maintain reports in Google Sheets and Jira;
- Create and update marketing materials;
- Work with the CRM system Hubspot;
