    Requirements:

    • Experience: 1+ years in affiliate marketing, preferably within Dating or Sweepstakes niches.

    Key objectives of the position:

    1. Team management: 

    • Composing project teams, involving specialists in tasks according to their qualifications.
    • Managing Team workload.
    • Managing professional development of specialists, mentoring.
    • Participating in team recruitment – initiating and approving new vacancies, participating in interviews.

    2. Project work. Participating in projects, and in which roles, depends on your interests, skills, ambitions – Project Manager, System Architect, Senior Consultant.

    3. Continuous personal professional development, system learning, Microsoft certification.

    4. Participating in pre-sale meetings, approving commercial offers.

    5. Participating in webinars and other marketing activities.

     

    Qualification:

    • Experience in managing a team as a Senior Consultant, Team Lead or Project Manager.
    • Experience in teaching professional skills and mentoring less experienced specialists.
    • Experience in implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM or previous versions (F&O/FO, AX). Understanding the stages of ERP system implementation project.
    • Experience in conducting demonstrations and presentations.
    • Language skills: fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
    • Nice to have: project management experience or desire to develop in this direction (PM).
