Ключові задачі:

• Генерація гіпотез націлених на монетизацію продуктів шляхом:
  - пошуку кореляції та сегментації користувачів в продуктовій аналітиці

  - пошуку найкращих практик в продуктах поза нішею
  - трекінгу трендів у монетизації: нові механіки, ціноутворення, пейволи, онбординги

• Підготовка та опис ідей:  
  - підготовка дизайнів/прототипів гіпотез разом із дизайнером до розробки

We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to help build and scale an automated machine learning platform that turns complex enterprise data into intelligent, production-ready solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Review automated and manual refunds
• Analyze fraud alerts and ChargebackHelp signals, initiate additional refunds when needed
• Handle and analyze chargebacks (metrics, success rate)
• Monitor transactions in real time (Superset, Corefy) and work with payment providers on incident resolution
• Manage refund cases and support user retention in dispute scenarios

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines for AI/LLM products and internal data platforms

• Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data in production environments 
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, validation, and data quality practices 
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable data workflows 
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka, or similar technologies
