Senior QA Automation Specialist(Outstaff)

ZentixSoft is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer 🚀

At ZentixSoft, we follow the "People over processes" principle. We are expanding our cloud infrastructure and technical operations direction for our international partners and are looking for a proactive engineer with an SRE mindset who excels at troubleshooting live enterprise environments.
 

The Role:

You will collaborate closely with developers, QA specialists, and product stakeholders to ensure product quality across backend services, APIs, and web applications. The role combines hands-on automation, integration testing, and proactive participation in release and quality assurance activities.
 

We value engineers who can independently drive testing processes, identify weak points in delivery flows, and continuously improve automation coverage rather than simply executing predefined test scenarios.
 

Our Expectations:

🔹 QA Automation: Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java-based automation frameworks. Experience with TestNG is expected.

🔹 API & Backend Testing: Practical experience with REST API testing, integration validation, and tools such as Postman.

🔹 Databases: Solid SQL knowledge and confidence working with relational databases for backend validation and troubleshooting.

🔹 Testing Approaches: Experience with regression, integration, and end-to-end testing within complex systems.

🔹 Workflow & Tools: Comfortable working with Git/GitHub and modern development or CI/CD workflows.
 

🔹 Nice to Have: Experience with Playwright or modern browser automation tools will be considered a strong advantage.

🔹 Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, attention to detail, ownership mentality, and the ability to work independently in distributed teams.
