We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in software delivery automation, technical process design, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager (CPA network / product / arbitrage team)
• Hands-on experience with Dating vertical
• Strong understanding of key metrics: EPC, CR, ROI, etc.
• Knowledge of traffic sources, acquisition channels, and payment models
• Ability to analyze traffic and make data-driven decisions
• Good communication skills and ownership mindset
• English level: B2+

Responsibilities

• Attract and onboard new publishers, build long-term relationships
• Validate publishers and test postbacks before launch
