We're looking for an experienced Team Lead Developer with strong technical expertise in Node.js & React and a solid background in leadership, to join our growing fintech development team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will lead a cross-functional team working on a payment integration platform, contributing directly to architecture, delivery, and team growth.

Looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and evolving our modern cloud infrastructure powered by AWS.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation;
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC);
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation);
• Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline);
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancing);
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK);
