About the role

In our new project, we operate an automation-first media publishing business with multiple newsletter brands across several verticals such as finance, geopolitics, wellness, and more, reaching 20M+ people. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can take messy, high-volume operational workflows and turn them into stable, observable, and maintainable systems using n8n, APIs, and AI.

What you’ll work on (core focus areas):
1) QA Automation Workflow with Agentic AI / similar tools (pre-send / pre-publish gates)

Design and maintain automated QA workflows that detect and flag high-impact issues in email newsletters before content goes out.

Examples:

• broken links and missing images
• duplicated blocks/paragraphs
• malformed HTML / broken elements
• rendering/layout anomalies across common email clients

The system should output a clear PASS/FAIL verdict, with severity levels and actionable notes, and route only flagged cases to human QA. 
 

2) Support Inbox Automation (triage + safe auto-actions)

Build and maintain automation that reduces support workload.

Examples:

• classifying inbound messages across hundreds of email accounts (platform requests, compliance/complaints, unsubscribe requests, etc.)
• triggering safe automated actions where appropriate (e.g., routing, logging, suppression/unsubscribe flows)

Middle/Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Engineer to handle the day-to-day development and maintenance of the Ionnyk ecosystem. You will step into a role that touches every part of our product: the mobile app used by clients, the web portals for administration/B2B, and the backend services. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining system stability and supporting our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development (Full-Stack & Mobile): Develop, maintain, and implement RESTful Web Services using Kotlin and Spring Boot, leveraging JPA (Hibernate) and PostgreSQL with Flyway for database management. Build and maintain user-facing web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit. Maintain and evolve the mobile application using React Native and Expo, including handling BLE integrations for device communication. Manage third-party integrations (Stripe, HubSpot).

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain the GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes orchestration, and GitOps deployments via FluxCD. Assist with the integration and deployment process, demonstrating familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization.

• Technical Support & Tooling: Provide L2/L3 support, including analyzing bugs in the GCP console, and troubleshooting specific issues for the Customer Support team. Manage internal IT tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Scripts) to keep operations running smoothly.

• Code Quality: Adhere to best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration.

Required Competencies:

• Full-Stack Expertise:

• Expert in either Backend (Kotlin/Spring Boot) or Web Frontend (React/TypeScript) with Advanced skills in the other.

• Advanced knowledge of Kotlin and Spring Boot 3.x.

• Advanced knowledge of React (hooks, context) and TypeScript.

• Versatility: Willingness to switch between fixing a UI bug in React, debugging a Kotlin API endpoint, and analyzing a log in Google Cloud.

• Web/Frontend:

• Strong proficiency with React and Redux Toolkit.

• Familiarity with modern tooling: Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Material-UI (MUI).

• Mobile (React Native):

• Experience with React Native, Expo, MobX, and deploying to iOS/Android.

• Intermediate experience with State Management (Redux Toolkit or MobX).

• Data:

• Intermediate proficiency with PostgreSQL and comfortable with writing SQL queries.

• Familiarity with database migration tools like Flyway.

• Cloud & DevOps:

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).

The Role: 
We are looking for an experienced developer to join the Customer Solutions team. The main focus is maintaining and developing business applications using Uniface. This is a 100% remote position.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain software (UI, business logic, functions) primarily using Uniface.
• Work with database structures (SQL).
• Handle the full development cycle: from specs to release.
• Fix bugs and help with 3rd level support when needed.
• Collaborate with the team on technical concepts.

Requirements (Must Have):

• Strong experience with Uniface. We need someone who knows this environment well, not just willing to learn.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, preferably with Oracle databases.
• Good English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Ready to start ASAP.

Nice to have (but not critical):

• Experience with other technologies like Angular, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, or C#.
• Background in administrative or municipal software solutions.

Requirements:

- Up to 1 year of experience in QA / technical testing (manual; automation is a plus);

- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (testing, configuration, or user-level work);

- Confidence working with data-heavy features: imports (CSV/XLSX), updates, mappings, and reconciliation;

- Solid understanding of testing fundamentals: test design techniques, testing types, test levels, bug lifecycle;

- Experience validating data in systems: data consistency, duplicates, mandatory fields, relationships, and edge cases;

- Basic understanding of Odoo data model concepts (e.g., models/records, relations like many2one/one2many, external IDs);

- Knowledge of web basics: client-server, HTTP, REST API, JSON (XML is a plus);

- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, formulas for validation);

- SQL knowledge is a strong plus (reading simple queries for data verification, duplicates, reconciliation, sanity checks);

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, clear communication.

Responsibilities:

- Test Odoo ERP functionality with a focus on data correctness (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc. depending on the project);

- Review business/technical requirements and identify data-related risks early (validation rules, constraints, corner cases);

- Perform functional and basic non-functional manual testing (smoke, sanity, regression);

- Log defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, and supporting evidence (screenshots, exported samples, import files);

- Assist with DB-level verification when allowed: run/read SQL queries to confirm imports, detect duplicates, and compare expected vs actual figures;

- Collaborate with developers/BA/PM to clarify requirements and confirm fixes (including re-testing after data fixes);

- Support client communication when needed (e.g., explaining import errors, data cleanup steps, validation results);

- Validate data imports and migrations:

• check templates, required fields, formats, and mapping logic;
• verify imported results in Odoo (counts, duplicates, relationships, totals);
• troubleshoot common import issues (wrong encoding, missing references, wrong data types, constraint errors).

- Create and maintain test documentation:

• test cases, checklists, data validation checklists, import verification scenarios, test reports.
