Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle hiring for assigned roles, ensuring timely closures, a strong candidate experience, and predictable hiring outcomes.

The role owns vacancies end-to-end — from kick-off to signed offer — and works in close collaboration with Hiring Managers, Sourcers, and TA Lead, following defined SLA and hiring standards.

 

Expected Outcomes 

• Vacancy Ownership & Closure
  Assigned vacancies are managed end-to-end and closed in line with agreed timelines and commitments (kick-off SLA, expected start date).
• Structured Hiring Process Execution
  Hiring processes follow the agreed framework (kick-off, intro, interviews, feedback, offer) without ad-hoc deviations.

• Quality of Hire
  Hired candidates meet role expectations and successfully pass the trial period.
