Blexr is a lead generation business in iGaming, building marketing products and web properties across multiple markets. We are remote-first and we care about shipping work we are proud of, with a culture built around being results-driven and collaborative.

    Our Vision and Mission

Our vision is to be the champion of a better game.

Our mission is to push boundaries, challenge the norm, and create experiences/products that help users make better decisions online.

    The RoleWhat you’ll be doing

You will own the day-to-day operations of our acquired-domain network (PBN / private network of web properties). This is an execution-heavy ops role with clear accountability: you will source and evaluate domains, buy and onboard them, restore and maintain sites, keep the network stable, and run the inventory and cost controls that let us scale safely.

You will work closely with SEO Ops / Publishing, who define what content and which commercial placements or updates are needed. You own implementing those updates across the network reliably, because you already control the sites, access, and inventory.

    Role boundaries

    Owns (Network Ops / PBN)

    • Domain research, evaluation, and acquisition operations (including auctions, drops, and brokers where applicable)
    • Inventory, renewals, ownership hygiene, and access control
    • Hosting, DNS, and Cloudflare setup and standards
    • Restores, migrations, and ongoing site upkeep (WordPress and/or static)
    • Monitoring, incident response, and runbooks
    • Cost tracking, reporting, and vendor management
    • Operational execution of commercial link updates across the network (placements defined by SEO Ops)

    Does not own

    • Content planning, briefs, editing/QC, and the content publishing pipeline
    • End-to-end link outreach (unless coordinating contractors; outreach is not a core responsibility)

Your key responsibilities1. Domain research, acquisition, and evaluation (quality first)

Build and maintain a repeatable domain evaluation process (scoring and notes) using real checks such as:

    • Historical relevance and topical continuity (what the domain used to be and how it was used)
    • Backlink profile risk review, including obvious spam patterns, unnatural anchors, link velocity anomalies, sitewide links, language or geo mismatch, and network footprints
    • Indexation signals and obvious penalties (basic checks; no guarantees claimed)

You will handle auction, drop, and broker purchase operations, including bidding discipline, max price logic, and fast checkout. For every domain, you will prepare handover-ready documentation explaining why it was acquired, known risks, and next steps.

Deliverable expectation: every acquired domain has a written evaluation trail and a clear pass/fail reason, enabling later audit of decisions.

    2. Inventory management and renewals (no chaos, no surprises)

You own a single source of truth for the network inventory, covering:

    • Domain list, registrar, renewal dates, costs, notes, and status (live, restoring, hold, retired)
    • Hosting account mapping, Cloudflare account mapping, and DNS standards
    • Admin access mapping (who has access to what)
    • Automated alerts for renewals, SSL expiry, downtime, and DNS drift

Deliverable expectation: weekly inventory updates and a renewal calendar that prevents accidental drops.

    3. Restore, setup, and maintain sites on acquired domains

You will operationally onboard domains from β€œbought” to β€œstable and live” by:

    • Restoring sites (from archive or via fresh builds) and ensuring a clean technical baseline
    • Setting up hosting, SSL, DNS, and Cloudflare (or equivalent) using consistent standards
    • Implementing templates and basic technical SEO hygiene (canonical rules, redirects, sitemap and robots handling, performance basics) as defined by the team
    • Handling migrations when needed (domain changes, platform changes, hosting moves)
    • Keeping sites updated and secure, including patching, plugin and theme hygiene for WordPress, backups, and access hygiene

Deliverable expectation: you can take a domain from purchase to β€œstable, monitored, and documented” without reinventing the process each time.

    4. Network stability and monitoring (ops discipline)

You will put monitoring in place and run it like an operator, including:

    • Uptime and response monitoring, SSL monitoring, and DNS monitoring
    • Basic logging and incident notes (what happened, when, how it was fixed, and how to prevent recurrence)
    • Backup routines and periodic restore testing to ensure backups are reliable
    • Footprint and risk hygiene, applying consistent standards that avoid noisy patterns without harming maintainability

Deliverable expectation: when something breaks, the issue is detected quickly, fixed fast, and documented for learning.

    5. Cost tracking, reporting, and vendor control

You are expected to treat cost control as part of the role, not an afterthought:

    • Track costs per domain and per live site, including domains, hosting, tooling, and contractors
    • Produce monthly reporting covering spend, upcoming renewals, cost drivers, and savings opportunities
    • Manage vendors such as registrars, hosting providers, restoration contractors, and development support

Deliverable expectation: leadership has clear visibility into network costs, upcoming commitments, and areas of inefficiency.

    6. Operational execution of commercial updates across the network

You will implement commercial link updates across the network based on clear specifications from SEO Ops:

    • Place or replace links in the correct locations and templates
    • Validate changes through spot checks, avoiding broken layouts or accidental sitewide issues
    • Maintain a change log detailing what changed, where, and when

Deliverable expectation: SEO Ops defines what and where; you execute reliably and accurately at scale.

    We’re looking for…Core experience (must-have)

    • Hands-on experience running a network of acquired domains or sites (PBNs, expired domains, or similar multi-site operations)
    • Strong domain evaluation instincts (history, links, risk) and the discipline to document decisions
    • Comfort with DNS, hosting, SSL, and Cloudflare (or equivalent edge/CDN/WAF tooling)
    • Ability to restore and maintain WordPress sites, and ideally static/HTML setups
    • An operational mindset focused on inventories, checklists, standards, monitoring, and incident handling
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage hundreds of moving parts without losing track
    • English sufficient for written updates, tickets, and clear documentation

    Nice to have

    • Experience with auctions, drops, and brokers at scale, including process, speed, and bidding discipline
    • Basic scripting or automation skills to reduce repetitive operational work
    • Experience in iGaming or affiliate environments with fast pace and frequent updates
    • Experience coordinating contractors for restoration, development, or content upload support

What success looks like (examples, to align in week 1)

These are example outcomes to align on during onboarding, not claims about your current setup:

    • First 30 days: network inventory is complete, the renewal calendar is clean, monitoring basics are in place, and onboarding and runbooks are documented
    • First 60 days: the domain acquisition and restore pipeline is predictable, with clear QA gates and minimal rework
    • First 90 days: commercial updates are executed with low error rates and fast turnaround, and monthly cost reporting is stable enough for budgeting

    Compensation

$2,000 to $2,500 depending on technical depth (Cloudflare and hosting, auctions, scaling, and monitoring).

At Blexr, we are committed to building a team that is diverse and representative of the world we live in. We provide equal opportunities regardless of race, religion, belief, ethnic background, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

We’re True Sea Moss, a fast-growing wellness brand built on the healing powers of one of nature’s oldest superfoods, sea moss.

    What You Bring

    • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Confidence working with tables, spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards
    • Experience with Notion (or similar tools for task and project management)
    • Familiarity with 1C or willingness to learn quickly
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
    • Proactive mindset β€” you follow up, remind, and bring clarity
    • English level B1–B2
    • Russian language β€” written and spoken
    • Comfortable working remotely
    • Based in LATAM (required)

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience in project coordination or operations support
    • Background in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or finance support
    • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

    The Role

This is a foundational leadership role, reporting directly to the Leadership Team. We are looking for a hybrid leader to build and manage our Back Office & Tools team.

While other teams build the shiny interfaces for customers, your team builds the nervous system of the company. You serve the internal Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams. Your product is the Internal Admin Panel that keeps the business legal, solvent, and efficient.

Our management philosophy is unique. The Manager is the single owner of a business vertical, responsible for the Why (the product vision), the What (the features and roadmap), and the Who (the people management and hiring).

You will act as both the Product Manager and the Engineering Manager for internal tooling. You will be responsible for streamlining the workflows of our compliance officers and support agents, automating manual processes, and ensuring we meet strict regulatory reporting requirements (MiCA).

This is a full-time, Remote leadership role.

    What You'll Do

Product Ownership (The "Why" & "What"):

    • Define the strategy for our internal tooling ecosystem, treating our employees as your primary customers.
    • Compliance & Legal: Own the technical implementation of KYC/KYB integrations, Transaction Monitoring systems, and Travel Rule manual reviews. You build the tools that let us report suspicious activity to national authorities.
    • Customer Support: Lead the integration of support ticketing systems and deploy AI Agents to reduce the load on human specialists.
    • Financial Operations: Build systems for automated reconciliation and business analytics to ensure every cent is accounted for.
    • Efficiency: relentlessly hunt for manual "busy work" in the company and automate it.

People & Team Leadership (The "Who"):

    • Build Your Team: You will have the mandate to hire and build your team of 3 Engineers.
    • Remote Culture: As a fully remote leader, you must be expert at asynchronous communication and fostering connection across distances.
    • Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow your engineers through code reviews and career development.

    Engineering Execution (The "How"):

    • Lead the migration of legacy admin tools into a unified, secure, and auditable Back Office platform.
    • Ensure strict access controls and security loggingβ€”your team manages the keys to the kingdom.
    • Oversee the integration of third-party APIs (KYC providers, Banking rails) into our internal dashboards.

    What We're Looking For

    • Hybrid Experience: 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a leadership role.
    • Internal Tools DNA: You actually like building admin panels. You understand the importance of operational efficiency over flashy UI.
    • Compliance Awareness: Experience working in Fintech, RegTech, or Crypto. You understand concepts like KYC, AML, and Reconciliation.
    • AI & Automation: Experience implementing AI agents or chat-bots for customer support is a major plus.
    • Product Mindset: You can sit with a Compliance Officer, understand their pain points, and design a workflow that solves them.
    • Remote Veteran: You have successfully managed or led remote teams before.
    • Legacy Systems Experience: You are not afraid of brownfield code. You can refactor a "spaghetti" admin script into a robust microservice.

    What We Offer

    • Foundational Leadership Role: A rare opportunity to build the internal infrastructure of a major crypto exchange.
    • Full Ownership: Complete autonomy over your product vertical (Why, What, Who).
    • Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere (within a compatible time zone) while contributing to a top-tier project.
    • Greenfield Culture, Brownfield Code: A rare chance to join a new company culture with no baggage, while solving the interesting technical challenges of a mature product.

    Forward Deployed Engineer to $3500

    About the project

You will be joining an organisation that builds decision-support systems used in environments where reliability and precision are non-negotiable. Their work combines advanced modelling, simulation, optimisation, and machine learning to help organisations operate with confidence under uncertainty. These systems support complex, operationally critical processes where the consequences of good or bad decisions may play out over months or years.

The team you’ll work with consists of individuals with deep experience in engineering, data science, and analytical problem-solving. They operate in high-stakes contexts where clarity, mathematical rigour, and operational awareness matter. Their focus is on building technology that works in the real world β€” systems that must stand up to ambiguity, incomplete information, and complex constraints.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded directly into these environments. You’ll sit between engineering teams and domain experts, helping shape solutions, validate ideas, and build the technical bridges that make advanced decision engines work in messy, real-world scenarios.

    About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the technical execution of projects on the ground. When the platform meets real-world complexity, you will be the one who identifies solutions, implements prototypes, builds integrations, and turns abstract models into production-ready components.

You’ll bridge engineering, modelling, and stakeholder needs - helping turn uncertainty into structure, ideas into working systems, and high-level requirements into technical reality.

    What you’ll actually do

    • Discover opportunities and frame technical problems in complex operational environments.
    • Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications and modelling approaches.
    • Lead technical conversations with key stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams.
    • Design and execute proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable progress.
    • Build bespoke integrations and data pipelines that connect decision engines to client systems.
    • Work hands-on with simulation, optimisation, or ML components to customise solutions.
    • Contribute to productionisation efforts, working closely with core engineering teams.
    • Bridge communication between engineering, modelling, and operational stakeholders.
    • Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to high-pressure, fast-changing situations.

    About you

    • You don’t shy away from operational complexity or ambiguous problem spaces.
    • You excel at turning real-world challenges into technical models and working systems.
    • You have strong foundations in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar).
    • You’re comfortable writing pragmatic, production-aware code (Python experience preferred).
    • You understand the difference between experiments, prototypes, and production systems β€” and can operate effectively at each stage.
    • You enjoy working directly with stakeholders, guiding conversations, and making technical ideas accessible to non-technical audiences.
    • You’re curious about decision-making, optimisation, simulation, or ML β€” and motivated to apply these methods to messy real-world problems.
    • You can work independently, analyse constraints, propose solutions, and execute quickly.
    • You are very good in English and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.

    What you’ll gain

    • Real impact: Your work will shape systems that support critical, high-stakes operational decisions.
    • Technical growth: Exposure to state-of-the-art optimisation, simulation, and ML techniques.
    • Learning: Direct access to senior engineers and technical leaders with deep experience in complex environments.
    • Visibility: Meaningful responsibility from day one β€” including technical decisions and stakeholder interaction.
    • Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.

    Working conditions

    • Remote role
    • Full-time
    • Work schedule: 5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday β€” days off
    • Flexible work schedule and autonomy in planning your time
    • All payments are made in euros
    • An open sole proprietorship or the ability to open one is required
    • Paid vacation and sick leave
