    In this role, you will

    • Develop a creative marketing strategy for each traffic channel (Google, Bing, Meta)
    • Build and manage a creative team, setting tasks for designers and copywriters to create visual and textual content for each platform
    • Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to finalized execution
    • Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team
    • Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success
    • Work closely with the user acquisition team and other departments (analytics, product team, B2B)
    • Build and maintain a knowledge base on creative testing, including structured reporting for future reference
    • Contribute to the development and optimization of processes for creative production and testing, aligning with the marketing department's goals

    It’s all about you

    • At least one year of experience in performance marketing with a focus on web projects
    • Proficient in working with key marketing metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROI, with a strong ability to analyze data and optimize performance to meet target KPIs
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers by creating detailed technical tasks to ensure high-quality creative production
    • Proven ability to analyze competitors and market trends, using insights to drive strategic decisions
    • Hands-on experience running ad campaigns on at least one platform, such as Google, Meta, Bing, DV360, or TikTok
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

    • Tax & M&A: Lead tax strategy and compliance across all jurisdictions. Drive M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. Oversee the establishment of new legal entities as needed.
    • Team Leadership & Digital Transformation: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team. Drive finance digital transformation and finance automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Investment & Growth Support: Oversee R&D investments, support go-to-market strategies for new products and services, and implement value-based pricing. Manage operations, customer segmentation, and growth strategies.
    • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Provide support for fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets activity as required.

     

    The Experience & Skills We Value:

    • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in finance leadership roles, with a strong preference for prior experience as a CFO or Group CFO in a high-growth marketing, tech SaaS, or lead generation company, ideally operating in the B2B space.
