We are looking for a Senior RF Engineer to take ownership of the radio communication subsystem across the full development cycle — from RF architecture and PCB design to embedded firmware, system integration, laboratory characterization, and field validation.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with RF hardware, antennas, embedded systems, digital communications, and communication links operating in complex and interference-heavy environments.

Scope of Expertise

RF Front End and Antennas

• RF circuit and PCB design, controlled impedance, and impedance matching.
• Receiver and transmitter chains: LNA, power amplifiers, filtering, and noise figure optimization.
• Frequency synthesis, phase noise, shielding, and power supply design for RF subsystems.
• Antenna integration on compact mobile platforms, including placement, radiation patterns, VSWR, and isolation between co-located radio systems.

Electromagnetic Compatibility

• Mitigation of interference generated by compute modules, motor controllers, switching regulators, and power electronics.
• Protection of GNSS receivers from onboard electromagnetic interference.
• EMI/EMC analysis and practical mitigation at board and system level.

Signals, Protocols, and Networking

• Modulation schemes, forward error correction, and trade-offs between range, data rate, and robustness.

• 7+ years of professional experience in RF and wireless communication systems, with hardware that has been successfully brought to production or real-world deployment.
• Proven experience across the full development cycle:
  schematic → PCB layout → firmware → bring-up → field validation.
• Strong STM32 programming skills in C.
• Hands-on experience with antenna integration on compact or mobile platforms.
• Strong practical experience with RF measurement equipment.
• Solid understanding of digital communications sufficient to make engineering decisions regarding channel parameters and system architecture.

Ми шукаємо проєктного менеджера для планування та реалізації проєктів, спрямованих на розвиток людського капіталу Міністерства оборони України та Збройних Сил України. Ваша роль включатиме управління повним циклом проєктів у сферах комплектування, підготовки, проходження служби та професійного розвитку персоналу, координацію міжфункціональних команд і зовнішніх партнерів, а також взаємодію зі структурними підрозділами Міністерства для впровадження рішень, що мають ключове значення для обороноздатності країни.

Основні обов’язки:

• Управління повним циклом проєктів: від концепції, плану та бюджету до впровадження й оцінки результатів. 
• Розробка та реалізація ініціатив у сфері людського капіталу МО України: рекрутинг і комплектування, система військової освіти та підготовки, кар’єрні моделі й проходження служби, мотивація та утримання персоналу, соціальні гарантії. 
• Координація роботи міжфункціональних команд (аналітики, юристи, HR- та галузеві експерти), постановка завдань і контроль строків. 
• Взаємодія зі структурними підрозділами Міністерства оборони, Генеральним штабом, рекрутинговими центрами та закладами військової освіти; супровід узгодження рішень у межах Міністерства. 
• Співпраця з профільними неурядовими та міжнародними організаціями, партнерами й донорами, які підтримують кадрові реформи в оборонній сфері. 
• Збір і аналіз даних про кадровий стан, підготовка звітності для керівництва та донорів, моніторинг показників результативності проєктів. 
• Управління ризиками, бюджетом і ресурсами проєктів, вчасна ескалація проблемних питань. 
• Супровід пілотних проєктів та їх масштабування в масштабах Міністерства, узагальнення набутого досвіду й підготовка рекомендацій для кадрової політики. 

• Вища освіта (магістр або спеціаліст) у сфері публічного управління, менеджменту, управління персоналом, соціальних наук, економіки, права або суміжних галузях. 
• Вільне володіння українською мовою, знання англійської на рівні не нижче Upper-Intermediate. 
• Мінімум 3 роки досвіду управління проєктами в органах державної влади, міжнародних організаціях, підприємствах, консалтингу чи неурядовому секторі. 
• Досвід ведення кількох паралельних проєктів, володіння інструментами планування та трекінгу завдань. 
• Ініціативність та бажання впливати на зміни в одній з ключових для нашої країни сфер. 

• Розуміння кадрової політики Міністерства оборони та Збройних Сил: комплектування, проходження військової служби, система військової освіти й підготовки, соціальні гарантії. 
• Досвід роботи в Міністерстві оборони, Збройних Силах або інших складових сектору безпеки і оборони. 
• Досвід реалізації проєктів у сферах HR, освіти, навчання дорослих або організаційного розвитку. 
• Досвід управління грантовими проєктами міжнародних донорів, включно з підготовкою донорської звітності. 
• Проєктні сертифікації (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) або досвід роботи за відповідними методологіями.

The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support the design, development, validation, and productionization of an advanced forecasting solution. This is a hands-on role requiring strong statistical judgment, practical modeling experience, and the ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations.

The successful candidate will work closely with data science, data engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the full modeling lifecycle, from exploratory analysis and model development to deployment, documentation, and handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve forecasting models using Python.
• Establish appropriate baselines and compare alternative modeling approaches.
• Design rigorous time-based backtesting and model-validation frameworks.
• Develop methods for handling limited historical data, changing patterns, and structural shifts.
• Produce prediction intervals and other measures of forecast uncertainty.
• Identify, test, and monitor potential forecast drivers.

• Strong knowledge of regression, time-series methods, feature engineering, residual analysis, and uncertainty estimation.
