🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Build and execute link acquisition campaigns to improve Warmy’s SEO presence
• Use BuzzStream, Hunter, Ahrefs, Pitchbox, and other prospecting tools to identify outreach targets
• Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities
• Pitch articles, resource pages, guest posts, link insertions, and unlinked mentions to relevant websites and blogs
• Collaborate closely with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategy and content calendar
• Maintain detailed documentation of outreach efforts, conversions, and active campaigns
• Monitor and report on link-building campaigns.
• Help develop link-building strategies tailored to different GEOs (US, UK, LATAM, EU)

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in link building, outreach, or digital PR
• Strong working knowledge of BuzzStream, Ahrefs, Semrush or similar link prospecting tools
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and the impact of backlinks on rankings
• Excellent written English for outreach communications
• Previous background in SaaS or B2B link-building projects
• Experience in cold outreach and personalization tactics
• Proven experience building links for projects targeting specific GEOs (ideally: US, UK, LATAM, DACH, etc.)
• Organized and self-motivated, with a structured approach to campaigns and reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Generation / Sales Development Specialist to join a project with a Sweden-based company developing an AI-powered child safety solution.

The main focus of the role will be B2B lead generation and outbound sales activities across international markets, including the EU, UK, Australia, and the US. You will work with an existing target audience and lead database, using ready-made sales materials, messaging, and outreach strategies provided by the client.

The role also offers an attractive performance-based commission structure: 15% on the first 10 clients, 20% on clients 11–25, and 25% on every client after the 25th. The commission is paid directly to the sales professional.
