AI Automation Experience (Required)

We are specifically looking for hands-on experience applying AI in real workflows, not just using coding assistants.

Examples of relevant experience:

• Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into automation pipelines
• Generating test cases or test data using AI
• Analyzing logs, test results, or failures with LLMs
• Building scripts or tools where AI helps make decisions or reduce manual QA work

Important:
Using tools like Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT as assistants is not sufficient.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI / LLM-based products
• Understanding of frontend frameworks
• Experience with TypeScript
• Startup experience

Bright Gaming is an online casino founded in 2023 by iGaming veterans. Growing fast, fully remote, lean by design — no legacy debt, no committees.

The role

You'll own our analytics platform end-to-end and use it to drive better decisions across marketing, product and CRM. Two hats:

• 🔧 Builder — Extend our SQL-first warehouse, cohort/revenue/player-value models, BI layer and AI tooling. New questions arrive every week; you build the answers.

• 🎯 Operator — Sit close to marketing, product and CRM. Find where the levers are, pull them, then check whether they moved. You'll be measured on whether those teams ship better decisions because of you.

What you'll own

• KPI reporting for leadership and department heads
• Marketing analytics: ROAS, acquisition cost, Fraud traffic
• Product & CRM analytics: funnel, A/B tests, segmentation, lifecycle, churn, bonus ROI
• Player analytics: cohort retention, LTV, VIP and churn signals
• Reconciliation against payment, game-provider and partner reports

• Extending the data layer as new business questions arrive

   

Who you are

A technical analyst who thinks like a commercial operator. As comfortable refactoring a 300-line SQL query as sitting in a marketing standup arguing about creative spend. You don't wait to be asked questions — you go find them. And you've figured out that AI tooling is a force multiplier, not a threat.

Must-have:

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or Product Analyst in iGaming
• Advanced SQL on PostgreSQL — window functions, CTEs, query optimisation. 
• Python for analysis, automation and third-party APIs (pandas, requests).
• BI tooling (PowerBI, Metabase, Looker or similar)
• Git — branches, PRs, code review. Everything lives in version control here.
• Fluent with AI tooling. You use Claude / ChatGPT / Copilot every day, prompt them well, and know when not to trust the output.
• Strong grasp of iGaming metrics: GGR/NGR, FTD, LTV, ROAS, retention cohorts, churn
• Commercial instinct — you can brief a non-technical exec without jargon

• B2 English or higher

   

Strong plus:

• Statistical fundamentals 
• dbt or similar transformation framework
• REST API integration experience
• Experience embedded with marketing or CRM teams (not just serving tickets)

We are launching a structured B2B direction and are lookinLg for a strong Business Development Manager to build and own this process.
 

Role Overview:

This is a 0→1 builder role.
You will start independently and take full ownership of the B2B process - from defining ICP and generating leads to closing the first deals.

Once traction is achieved and the pipeline becomes predictable, you will scale the function and build a team around it.

What You Will Do

• Define and refine target segments and ICP
• Research and generate qualified leads
• Build and test outreach sequences (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
• Conduct intro calls and discovery meetings
• Prepare proposals and close deals
• Establish a structured and scalable B2B process
• Later: hire and scale a lead generation / B2B team
