We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and grow our brand presence.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead and manage a small in-house marketing team (2 SMM specialists and 1 designer). This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate understands retail marketing, food industry trends, and community engagement.

The candidate must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy for the grocery store, bakery, and café
• Manage and supervise a team of 3 (2 SMM specialists and 1 designer)
• Plan and oversee social media campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing
• Coordinate product launches, in-store events, and special promotions
• Work closely with store management to increase foot traffic and sales
• Analyze marketing performance and provide monthly reports
• Manage marketing budget effectively
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (retail or food industry preferred)
• Experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital campaigns
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills
• English proficiency (Ukrainian is a plus)
• Ability to work PST hours
• Strong communication and organizational skills
