Senior Frontend Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Engineering team based in Monaco.
You will report directly to the Team Leader of the Ticket Shop team and collaborate closely with frontend developers, backend developers, product owners, designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and colleagues across Monaco, Barcelona, and Lviv.
Our platforms power international sports events, live entertainment, and premium fan experiences across the globe, handling high traffic, real-time interactions, and business-critical sales operations.
As a Senior Frontend Developer, your mission will be to design, build, and evolve scalable, high-performance, and maintainable frontend applications while contributing to technical decisions, frontend architecture, developer experience, and AI-powered engineering workflows.
You will also play an active role in our internal AI Engineering Platform initiative, where AI is deeply integrated into the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve quality, automate testing, and enhance engineering efficiency.
Responsibilities
● Lead the development of key frontend features and applications using modern frontend technologies, ensuring high standards of scalability, maintainability, performance, and user experience.
● Design and develop modular, reusable, and well-tested frontend components aligned with UX/UI guidelines and business requirements.
● Contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture, engineering standards, and development workflows.
● Participate in cross-team technical discussions with the CORE team to align frontend needs, API contracts, performance expectations, integration strategies, and platform evolution.
● Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA engineers, Product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver fully integrated and user-centric solutions.
● Drive frontend performance optimization, accessibility, observability, responsiveness, and security improvements across our platforms.
● Promote and implement frontend best practices including clean architecture, state management, testing strategies, maintainable code structure, and scalable component design.
● Contribute to automated testing initiatives including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
● Review code, mentor developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
● Use AI-powered engineering tools and assistants for code generation, testing, documentation, code reviews, debugging, and engineering acceleration.
● Contribute to the continuous enrichment of our internal engineering knowledge base, coding standards, engineering rules, and AI context repositories used by our internal AI platform.
Required Skills
● 6+ years of experience in frontend development.
● Strong expertise with VueJS and modern component-based frontend development.
● Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a strong plus.
● Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend engineering practices.
● Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
● Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, security, and responsive design.
● Strong experience with automated testing practices (unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing).
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern engineering workflows.
● Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous frontend integrations.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional engineering teams.
● Ability to mentor and guide other developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
● Experience using AI-assisted software engineering tools and workflows to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

● Familiarity with modern AI engineering concepts such as RAG, MCP, AI agents, prompt engineering, engineering knowledge bases, or AI-assisted automation workflows.

● Good written and spoken English.

● Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or similar testing frameworks.
● Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
● Familiarity with modern AI engineering tools and workflows such as Claude Code, Cline, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, AI agents, and multi-model AI environments (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Qwen, etc.).
● Basic knowledge of backend technologies and API integrations, including PHP, Node.js, or Go.
