- π₯FLUENT English proficiency (as we operate in the US market, ALL communication β calls, emails are in English).
- Experience in sales with English-speaking clients (Europe / USA / Canada / Australia).
- Drive for growth (crucial, as with 6-12 months of diligent work, you could advance to team lead or sales department manager).
- Creativity and management skills (you'll have a direct impact on the product and its marketing packaging to enhance sales).
- Experience in PropTech would be a significant plus.
β‘οΈResponsibilities:
- Development of sales strategies for products.
- Continuous generation of new ideas and hypotheses to improve sales.
- Sales activities including negotiations, calls, zoom meetings with clients, and SMS/email campaigns to our database.
β‘οΈWhat we offer:
- Minimum bureaucracy and full autonomy (you'll have the chance to implement all your ideas with the support of the team).
- Working in the US market with a young but rapidly growing product. Potential for promotion to team lead or head of sales within 3β6 months.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with aflexible schedule, shifted to the latter part of the day (aligned with the American time zone). Monday to Friday from 16:00β18:00 to 23:00β02:00 (Ukrainian time).

- Forge strong relationships with clients and advertising partners to fuel sales expansion, negotiate pivotal contracts, and seize new business ventures with current and potential advertisers
- Partner with the Affiliate Team to explore and develop additional revenue channels
- Efficiently manage a CRM database, ensuring advertiser information is current and accessible
- Deliver comprehensive reports detailing sales achievements, campaign analysis, and forecasts to optimize performance and profitability
- Represent the organization at global industry events, gathering and sharing insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities for growth
- Guide and develop junior staff by providing expert training, information, and counsel to foster their professional growth
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
- Fluency in English: Essential for global communication
- Experience: At least 5 years in Sales or Business Development, with a focus on CPI/Mobile Apps Acquisition
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of traffic types, CPI products, and business models
- Proven Success: A history of surpassing sales goals in dynamic, target-driven environments
- Leadership: Drive sales strategies, forge profitable partnerships, and smash revenue goals
- Technical Savvy: Proficient with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, HasOffers, AppsFlyer)
- Strategic Skills: Stellar sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

- Analytical Prowess: Competent in creating reports and analytics using Google Sheets/MS Excel
