Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Starting as a leader in the CIS region, the company is now actively expanding on a global scale.
We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Media Buyer to join the media buying team and work with scalable traffic across different GEOs and tiers.
π Key responsibilities and your contribution:
β Launch, manage, and scale Facebook advertising campaigns across Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 GEOs.
β Full ownership of traffic performance and financial results, including PnL responsibility.
β Analyze and optimize key performance metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, PnL.
β Work closely with offers, creatives, agencies, and internal teams to improve campaign efficiency.
β Test and adapt strategies based on changes in GEOs, offers, platforms, and market conditions.
β Identify bottlenecks in funnels and processes, propose and implement optimization solutions.
β Maintain clear communication, task-setting, and feedback loops within the team.
β Take an active, hands-on role in both arbitrage and product-oriented media buying directions.
π Your qualifications:
β 3+ years of experience in media buying / traffic arbitrage.
β Deep understanding of Facebook Ads ecosystem and traffic acquisition mechanics.
β Proven experience managing monthly budgets from $50,000.
β Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and profitability models.
β Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Power BI, Google Sheets, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro (or similar).
β Experience working with offers, creatives, and external partners (agencies, vendors).
β High level of responsibility for results and readiness to work with CRM and PnL models.
β Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
β Critical thinking, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
