The role is launched to ensure stable and scalable performance of the email outreach channel, with full ownership of deliverability, process optimization, and maximizing qualified booked calls.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of the email channel, from infrastructure to booked calls,
• Management of domains and email accounts (40+ inboxes),
• Warming up new inboxes and maintaining high deliverability,
• Launching and optimizing email campaigns on pre-built lead lists,
• Writing and testing email sequences,

We have existing N8N system that goes to Google and fetches business listings. We need to make modifications to that system

Key Responsibilities:
🔹Preparing and submitting documentation for corporate and personal bank account openings (banks and EMIs in EU, UAE, and other jurisdictions).
🔹 Managing communication with banks, EMIs, and clients throughout the account opening process.
🔹 Checking completeness of KYC/AML documentation.
🔹 Preparing the full “wrapper” for newly established companies, ensuring correct structuring and presentation of documents.
🔹 Monitoring the account after opening — assisting with operational questions and preparing responses to banks’ requests if needed.
🔹 Maintaining trackers of applications, statuses, and deadlines.
🔹 Preparing regular reports for management.
 

Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in finance, banking operations, compliance, or fintech (1–3 years preferred).
✔️ Knowledge of KYC/AML principles and international banking standards.
✔️ Strong English skills (additional languages will be a plus).
✔️ Established network with EMIs/payment institutions is a strong advantage.
✔️ Ability to correctly collect, structure, and present information for account opening and ongoing support.
✔️ Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with confidential information.
