Mission

The Junior Operations Manager (AI-first) is the connective tissue of the company — ensuring that internal processes, cross-team coordination, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and scale as the team grows. Outcomes

• Audit and document all core operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, procurement, access management, internal communications) in Notion — creating a single "Operations Wiki" as the company's source of truth.
• Reduce average new-hire onboarding time from first day to full productivity by 25% through a structured, AI-enhanced onboarding checklist and knowledge base.
• Establish a weekly operational reporting cadence: key metrics on team capacity, time-off coverage, and cross-team blockers delivered to leadership every Monday.
